Looking to drop another 20 - 30 Lbs, Been eating healthier, specifically cut junk food (chocolate and chips and pop) from my diet and been eating more fruit and veggies this has got me down from my original weight of 241 which I was in late July, need to find motivation to workout though. My one friend said he would workout with me but both of us are always busy after and before work, and i lose mptivation if I don't do it with anyone how can i get over this.
I'm pretty bad at staying in the gym, too.
So, I just do what peaks my interest. Biking, parkour, calisthenics, gymnastics, swimming... Things that are a bit more interactive than a big concrete room filled with a bunch of sweaty people with poor hygiene.

20 punds in less than a month is actually not a very good sign. Most of it is probably water weight that you'll gain back just as quickly.
The best rate is no more than 1-2 pounds a week. That's fat that can stay off.
