I really want to start eating healthy, but I find myself still consuming junk food and soda daily. The problem is that these pretty much ARE my diet.
How do I change my habits? Has anyone gone through this succesfully?

Start learning which fruits and vegetables you like as a snack, and buy that shit instead of chips.
Meals should be your main source of calories, so try to cut out the fatty snacks

You just buy salad things and put them in a bowl to eat. If you can eat it the salad was successful

slowly introduce real food into your diet. Can be as little as 20% of your food, but stick too it. When you feel comfortable with that, go up to 30%, and so on.

Try to find out what causes you to snack whether it be boredom depression or stress remove what's causing that and no more snacking
Start by cutting out sugar. It's toxic and will cause you to eat more. Here's a nice guide for you.
Just count calories, who gives a fuck what you eat as long as it won't make you fat.
