there are literal websites dedicated to this so why not look into what their rations are and decide wht you are willing to do with quality vs. price

A small heads up for armageddon suplies that a lot of people don't think about.

You have time to prep food while you are setting in a bunker.

Wheat berries and a hand mill both pack almost indefinitely and when ground the flower is a lot more nutrient dense than the regular stuff you get at the store. The ground stuff DOES spoil quick so you generally mill what you are going to cook in a few days.

Honney is both useful as a survival food and as one that can be cycled into your normal food. It never goes bad, it has a good shelf life, and if you spring for the expensive locally grown stuff, you actually get something other than calories from it. I have about 4 large jars at a time, one in my house. When the house one empties, I buy a fresh one for the bunker and take the oldest one out of it.

Get a well dug and a hand pump. Then get a nice charcoal filter as well as the know-how to make more. Water is more important than food.
