The big thing to understand about normies is that they aren't about conformity; they're about being relateable. As long as you can understand them, and make yourself understood by them, you are one of them: how "weird" you are barely even matters at that point.

The level of understanding doesn't even have to be perfect; if you know enough to fake your way through a conversation without sounding totally clueless, this is enough.

But it IS a two-way street. The only way you cam screw this up is to actively refuse to relate to people, but if you do, they will respond in kind. How could they do anything else?

Like I said, it doesn't take much. Most "normie" subjects can be understood well enough to relate with half an hour on Wikipedia and another half hour on YouTube. That's per-subject, not in general, but you can prioritize based on places and events you know you'll be going to in the near future.

And that's reallly it.

By never going on /r9k/ again. The first thing to realize that "normie" is an idiotic word made by idiots, used by idiots to pretend they are not idiots.
