These headphones are really high quality and I love them but this crack appeared a few weeks ago and eventually broke. The wire is completely intact and I don't want to send them back for a replacement because that'll take time.
How can I keep the 2 pieces together? Tape sort of works but they move around and become unwearable every few days until I retape

Superglue and a few coats of plastidip

My superglue says it doesn't work on most plastics?

Get some model glue, it specifically is made for plastic.

I had a similar thing happen to my headphones, though they broke at a folding joint. I made a splint on each side using a piece of plastic then taped it together. Still holds months afterwards, though I can't use them since the detachable audio cable broke.

Try JB weld for plastics at your local home depot. Fairly cheap too
