Well twinning is where you become a twin of a person or character basically you become their own clone so neither of you will be virgins it works well with slight veriants of characters for example a pre-time skip protag and their future counterpart

shared fates is similar but instead of becoming someones twin both of you have the same fetish invoked apon you such as expansion or bimboifcation in some case you also get reverse or added fetishes for example you get ar'd but the other person gets ap'd or you become weak and they get your dominant aspects while you get weak as a child.

The hard part would be picking the right scenario's for the story you'd need a good mix of not just sex appeal but other aspects of femininity as well such as being compassionate on a different level another problem is that a story can only be so long and fitting every little aspect and kink would be difficult unless the intention was for the story to be more of an choose your own adventure that had a basic set of choices and scenarios to choose from unless someone was crazy enough to write something that long winding or made it so only one scenario on each floor and you had to "beat" that scenario to get closer to the treasure or you'd either accept the fate you've been dealt either willingly or by mind break.

It could work but it'd be extremely difficult to make it perfect something that long might take multiple authors.

I've always liked the accidental transformation.

Like say...

Review spell, one rune is fucked up. Instead of singe instance intent based change, spell is now on-going desire based change linked to the caster.

Thinking on it now, maybe the son could have been training to follow in dad's footsteps but the change obviously throws a kink in that. With their parents assistance they try to hide their change and continue on, but they obviously run into problems. They're physically weaker, they have less stamina, etc.

I do like the idea of a gentledom noble. Maybe the changed girl displays great courage by leading a charge in a failing battle that turns the tide? Ends up getting outed after becoming wounded and needing surgery but is still hailed as a hero by her squad?

We're getting seriously Mulan here. But I like this idea. Maybe she had started training as a burly zweihander fighter but with her father, and mother's, assistance she learns to be a more expert fencer. Or a polearm fighter.
