Sometimes shit happens and sometimes don't, for example in early versions i got the event when the Monkey visits you and Tala and asks you a big ammount of cash which you can't pay if you activated cheats because the game tells you explicitly that you can't surpass 9999999 or it will give you negative numbers, on the other hand now the Lois quest doesn't appears and it also dissapears the bar of heat you get from stealing and kidnapping.
Also there is a lot of content that you can't see because you have to have specific henchmen for the ocation.

I actually won a fight once, against a single cleric.

First you have to destroy their clothes (the white bar on top) with a kick, and than you can attack their "life points" (the red bar) by making them horny. Once they reach zero, you won.

Of course, just because you now that doesn't mean you will win most fights.

Train up your magic use spirit form if your against 3 enemies or 2 with at least 1 priest since they heal, it makes you evade 70% of the time. Honestly there is no reward for winning so you are better off just surrendering and beating the event to escape prison as battle animations are slow as fuck the only time you actually need to fight is the last boss just make sure to have at least 2 health potions otherwise it is unbeatable.

You have to unlock the skills first before you can use them click the blue icon on the map and then the skills menu to learn new ones. You cannot physically attack to win if thats what you mean, you have to make them orgasm destroying their armour just makes them more susceptible to lust damage honestly you will probably lose over and over until you can use all combat magic unless its a 1 v 1.
