I'd reformat a bit.

Could use a bit more of a reaction from Jack, since he kinda just stays there, and goes along with everything that happens without opposition to the events occurring.

Maybe move the genderswap first, thus giving a reason not to flee the bar without paying for the room after the first night, or make it so he wrecks something in the bar on his first night, and that's why she indentures him. Give a more solid reason he doesn't just flee from day one. Even with green skin, he would be recognizable with his ID tattoo or just by his face.

Flesh out the bar actions by day (focusing on how he adapts as things start to become properly sized to Goblin proportions, how patrons treat him) with Jack getting more comfortable/competent as time goes on, and explore anatomy changes more thoroughly.

You never noted a vocal pitch change besides the accent, which was one detail I ADORED (although I wish you had let it sink in slowly rather making it happen the day after). Otherwise, if the change that day made it so she COULDN'T say her original name it could be played up both narratively and humorously, as it prevents him from proving his identity to the Academy officer in part 6.

Give reasons why Janine stays there working, or have her be paid of her debt alongside being free to change back, but choosing to stay a Goblin; preferring how much she makes in her new profession/form, alongside species urges and sensations. Have an idea for how she and Mitzi could take her on a night on the pub crawl through the Low City, having Mitzi perform magic to ward off creeps catcalling them. Add some irony by having Academy men solicit them, and have Jack realize he was equally boorish at the start of the story.

If I have any tip, I'd say take it slow on the romance, as it feels like if smut occurs in the next chapter, it'll be too soon. Give it at least a few days settled into the body, with solo exploration of her anatomy, before thrusting it upon her teacher...

A slow build is the best type of romance, because it's like a boner of the heart, alongside well as a boner of the crotch.

I just don't know who the audience of Daisy's Diner is supposed to be.
He really likes that pixar character look but are kids really going to be interested in a story about a truck stop? Are their parents going to appreciate all the lol huge boobs punchlines? All his other art is for adults but aside from fetishizing little people DD doesn't seem like it wants to compete with any of the slice of life with a bit of fanservice media that's saturated the market since forever. All I get is that it's his personal project with his characters he really likes, and that's fantastic, but I don't know what he's going to do to make it big enough so he can work on it full time like he wants.

Also, I don't mean to start too much shit, but did anyone else think it was super weird that he thought Daisy was too precious (to him) to defile so he made a slutty black girl lookalike? Most of his characters are southern/redneck folk so it comes across as kind of racist. Doesn't at all help that Daisy is an established character while Monique exists solely as a repository for dicks. He doesn't seem like a bad guy I just think it's a "lets be inclusive" or "maybe people like my other tastes" kind of thing that was handled super poorly start to finish.
