Have you seen some of the costumes in LoL? I was literally just playing as French Maid Nidalee. I also have Nurse Akali. They capitalize on T&A so much. In a game where almost 100% of their revenue comes from cosmetics, it's much, MUCH more business savvy to let sex sell.

I like the idea of Lottie being a bit wilder than Dottie, so maybe we could emphasize that. Make Lottie the party girl while maintaining Dottie's cute & practical girl next door look. Maybe try these changes:
-Lottie should have a bigger butt than Dottie. Not hyper tier or anything like that, but just a bit bigger than what you've got here.
-Lottie would be proud of her ass, so she'd want to be damn sure everyone could see it. Maybe give her more extreme heels for her to walk on?
-Conversely, Dottie should have a much bigger bust and wear more supportive shoes. Make her look like a practical farmer's daughter, you know? Maybe a little muscle tone on her arms and legs to show that she's used to getting her hands dirty.
-I hate to say this, but maybe Dottie should be the only one with freckles.
-Giving Lottie sharper features like smaller ears, a more narrow face, and thinner eyebrows would go far in setting the two apart.
-Lastly, Lottie should have five fingers instead of four.
