I feel like BlushMallet could easily charge at least $40 for a 1-character image. $25($35 for NSFW) for a colored 1-character image and $10 per extra character is a steal for their level of quality. I literally paid $35 for this.

I'm continuously impressed by artists here; I've been commissioning non-lewd art for years, and just started lewd recently, and despite so many artists here standing out in terms of service, Penguin even stands out there. Kept me updated meticulously, and had faster turnaround for pic related than most artists give on just a sketch. I don't wanna talk down on anyone else's work, but really gotta tout this guy's.

I've had a few done, but only to pictures that I personally commissioned. (I've had linearts colored in by other artists, edits made to existing stuff, etc)

In general, I wouldn't ask another artist to edit something I either didn't commission or if it wasn't their own work. Most artist are iffy about it unless you commissioned it personally.
I remember one time where an artist drew a popular character I really like, as a commission for someone, and while the pose was great I didn't like a certain aspect of the picture. So I offered to pay him to edit it out, but in the end he didn't really wanna.

I was charging 50$ for it to be colored and inked and what not. For two characters, soft painted with two characters, i would normally charge 75$ for it. But i made this to simply make a quick buck and to save some cash for my clients.

So, if you want it done as a sketch, i would charge 15$ instead of 25$. For a colored sketch, i would charge 25$ instead of 40$. For inked line art, i would charge 30$ instead of 45$. For it to be colored cel shaded line work, i would charge 40$ instead of 60$
