I enjoyed it. The art style isn't repelling, and muscle grills are my jam, so this rubbed me all the right ways. If it is intended to keep going, the "master" will make or break it, because I'm more interested in the warrior girl than the slave.

That was really good. Art has a nice charm to it, and the scenario is nice. Text wasn't hard to read, but, could be eaiser.

Writing's good. Functional, effective, works the mood. Not hammy, not lurid. Unusual in a first time. I assume you've written more than this, even if this is the first time you've let it out. If this really is the first thing you've written, then you're doing uncannily well for a first-timer.

Good build, too, lets the scenario happen. Physicality conveys reasonably well with the art, bodies pleasing enough, not amazing, but there's nothing off-putting about them and that's the most important step. A logn way to go with the art to match the genuinely brilliant people in the field, but then, art is a matter of doing and doing until you one day realise you're actually somehow good.

If this is your first thing you've released, either you've spent a long time working on it just to make it feel good enough to you, or you spent a long time practising before you put it out. That's a good attitude to have.

Long story short?

Nobody's going to pay for this, but you're a decent writer, and you have potential in your art, if you keep up working at it. I'd encourage you to keep going with this, and certainly keep putting it out for feedback. With time and effort to see what your real potential is you'd likely be well above average, and maybe even good.

You will need to invest a lot of time to do that, though. If you're willing to make this a big hobby, I'd encourage it.

You're correct, this was the first porn comic I've done, but I've been working on my own comics since I was a kid. Never put them up anywhere because I knew it was still kinda shit. I've taken breaks from art in general to pursue more practical goals, but working on art and risking being "Unsuccessful" seemed to be more worth it in the long run.
I've been working on a weekly webcomic over the past year as well, but I thought it'd round-out my game to write and draw something I once felt uncomfortable with. I'd like to sample with more genres and settings in the future, I have a general interest in fiction

I also feel like my art is still in an amorphous stage where it can't really decide which direction it wants to go. Still carving it out, so to speak. Not something I'd pay for either, kinda why I don't have a Patreon or anything yet. I still wish to do this for a living some day, but for now I keep afloat working at a dish-pit 3-5 days a week.

I'll be honest. I was expecting a cobbled-together hack of a comic. What I got, instead, was a rather well done conglomeration of art and story. I actually want to see what happens next. I write smut myself, so I can appreciate how difficult it is to pull off good dialogue and characters, and you do it really well. While the art isn't really grabbing me, I find myself curious to find out what happens next.

If this is your initial foray into the realm of porn comics, I look forward to seeing what you can produce next. Keep up the good work dude, I wish I had half your talent.

The setting, dialogue, and attitudes toward slaves in the first comic reminded me of Spartacus, the tv show. Which is great for you, because I fucking love that show, for reasons including those mentioned above. I'd love it if you'd keep going with that first storyline. As others have said, I actually want to know what happens next. What kind of man is Blonde's Dominus? How many slaves does he have, for what purposes, and how will this new slave fit into the mix? Will she be a personal handmaiden/sex slave, or just one of 50 fuckslaves? Does he own a Ludus? Will she be a reward for gladiators performing at the Arena?
These are the thoughts your original comic made me think.
Right off the bat, you nailed it with the setting. I'd be keen one seeing where the Zena-style one goes as well.

Art is good. Room for improvement, but the more you draw the better you'll get. Definitely watching.

Well, it was enjoyable so I enjoyed it. Not an art connoisseur in any way, but I hope you can keep your expressiveness as your technique improves.
Only real issue I have is font choice. Or typeface, whatever. It helps with getting setting across so it's not without merit, but it gives up legibility.
I'd rather thave those fonts than Comic Sans though.

Got to agree with >>672934. I clicked on the thumbnail prepared for awful scribbling in MSpaint, but you've got some real talents. The scaling for one thing - the way you condense detail like a pro for the distant panels and the use of foreground/background space use in some panels is pretty good!

And the expressions! Actually pretty good. You don't have the "same-face" syndrome some other artists are stuck with, and the expressions are detailed and natural.

The writing's not bad either.

Honestly quite impressive! You've got the scenes and the writing down. I'd say use less thought bubbles/squares and a little more actual dialogue - and remember to show not tell! The most important thing you need to work on is your draftsmanship. You seem to know what you're doing for the most part, just remember to supplement your comic with studies from photos, figure drawings, and environment studies. Keep it up!

I've been meaning to get things like practicing figure and gesture drawing into my time. Trying to systematically remove the woodenness from my style.

I don't know a lot about art so I can't give any real technical critique, but I did enjoy this. This contains none of my fetishes and it was still arousing, so good work! :)

Pros:
* Pretty good writing. I've read comics from people who've been doing this for years that aren't as good.
* Art style is realistic enough to be sexy.

Cons:
* The style of doing shadows you went with kinda' looked like body hair sometimes which was a bit of a turn off for me.

Just wanted to check in and say that you had some good art. Keep working to improve your style. Refined I can see you being one to watch. The girl on girl eroticism/concepts/stories are great. Are you inspired by Thomas Revor and Darin Brown? It looks like it from your style.

I love your strips. Storytelling is good, characters are interesting and interact well, art's appealing, but coloring is literally your weakest point right now and you probably know this. Find and follow some tutorials on coloring, but here are some quick observations:

–Hair with shadows gets highlights before the skin gets highlights. People notice it more.

–Blush stands out better when it's only used for areas that actually flush during sexual excitement (cheeks, the tops of breasts, genitals) otherwise it looks like sunburn.

–Either take the shadow and highlight layers and blur them then drop their opacity to 50%, or redraw them using a pressure sensitive airbrush tool. Sharp white highlights = oily skin, not wet skin even in toonland.

Pick a Blambot or Comicraft freebie font, don't try to find a setting-appropriate style (there aren't any) and stick with that.

Vary your torsos and make them appropriate to the character. Try to think of tight hourglass corset torsos and thick six-pack abs as being opposite ends of a scale.

You literally cannot waste time studying / practicing from "how to draw boobs" sheets. Drawing breasts trains your eye-hand coordination because they aren't reducible to straight lines or circles, and they remind you about how fatty structures work on other parts of the body. Again, a toon style doesn't excuse you from this.

Open mouths in profile work better rounded (not sharply angular) and look less flat with the contour of the other side visible. >>670537 looks muppety.

Anime eye-hair cheats look lazy on colored work. Avoid them.

Again, you have a lot of good things working for your art and your storytelling; you'll notice I'm not bothering with what the pacing, writing or layout needs and those are structural, so you've got decent foundations here where a lot of artist-writers go off the rails quickly.

Now for some actual input.

What's probably *most* important is finding a style and work balance you can live with. I'm not saying stay static, just that figuring out how to break through the weight of it all so you can get shit done even if you don't feel much like it, well y'know. It's a thing with any creative endeavor.

I'm not gonna speak much about real artistic craftsmanship because what the hell do I know about that, really. What I do is narratives, and what I like is narratives. Tell a story with your work, and you've got my attention.

And I don't mean comics, necessarily. A single still can tell enough. Pictures, thousand words, all that. Stylization, lighting, background, costuming, what you chose to represent and how, all of that shit. Whatever you use, USE it.

That's one reason mamabliss' work drives me crazy in a bad way, actually, other than the content often leaving me...conflicted, at best. Because they have a style, and boy does it WORK sometimes. But a whole helluva lot of the time, it's so messy that it loses what it's telling, like uh... well Hellsing, actually, if you've ever read that. Scenes that should be SOMETHING become just lines and bullshit.

So I mean whatever style you end up developing further, try to avoid that pitfall, maybe.

Other than that, liking the content, no stupid boys allowed, lawl. Though dumb jokes aside, I should ask: do you have a vulva? From how your work is structured, I'd assume you don't, but I've been wrong before.

You obviously haven't spent your life drawing, but you do a great job of representing everything that needs to be in place, so I didn't find myself caring at all when something seemed off. Plus you'll improve on all the technical skill the more you make. I would suggest a more legible font, text color, and textbox setup as an improvement you could make almost immediately, and just practice for the rest.

But what really carried it was the writing; A+ work. I legitimately laughed at the last page and the part where she said "I've heard of worse jobs." I found myself in their shoes, and it made the erotic narrative much more appealing and immersive. We need more good writing in the porn industry, it's gotten away with mediocrity for far too long. Please never stop making porn.

A matter of personal taste for feedback you may or may not ignore: I love it when all sexual partners involved are into the sex. Rapey vibes make me turn away from a story quickly. I love what you're doing with this story, where it's basically rape, but the slave girl is turning it back on her masters and thoroughly enjoying herself, while making them work for it more than they thought they'd need to. It's like the main character of an anime everyone underestimates, but who has a new secret power they just haven't unveiled this season yet. Rape stories are a dime a dozen, but yours is a little more unique.

Fully fleshing out the stories and concepts and settings is definitely the hardest part once you have the basic drawing/coloring skill. But c'mon. You've seen all the rapey comics and stories in other mediums that float around. It's shallow. The motivation and goals of each character are well known to be set in the immediate, and they're simple, flat, and uninteresting. "Oh no he's raping me stop. Well okay, I guess this feels kinda good. Omg I'm cumming too!" But your characters actually have a history. There's a plot, other than "this character disarmed this character and now rape." The sex scenes are titillating and erotic, but even they are exploring the characters more. Readers are painting the setting in their mind unknowingly even while they fap.

tl;dr I'm just saying it's good stuff and to keep up the good work.

Draw at a larger size than you're using now; your linework will look cleaner and when you're a jaded fuck who wants to Kickstart a printed book collection, you'll kick yourself for not having done it in 300dpi all along. This is what most webcomic artists do fwiw.

On that topic, consider getting Flash / PaintTool SAI / ClipStudio (formerly Manga Studio); they all have line stabilizers that Adobe has no interest in implementing in Photoshop. All but Flash are Jap programs aimed at mangaka and hentai artists. ClipStudio's what Ménage à 3's drawn in (and the rest of Pixie Trix's strips). Also, the current version of SAI treats strokes as editable curves (say goodbye to redrawing a contour 5 times) and it's only fifty bucks. All have similar workflows to Photoshop i.e. shallow learning curves, and play nice with PS if need be.

While I'm biased for more than a few reasons, I just wanted you to know that I really like the style. It seems to fit your voice nicely and I think it has a good chance of evolving into something that would be utterly fantastic in a relatively short period of time.

The writing was enough to draw me in, when you use an easy font (poor eyes here). The content is a bit vanilla for my tastes... but I'm biased in that regard.

The highest resolution it was created with, dum-dum. The difference between the original, working size (6720x4200, in the case of Pepperwolf) and the fitted release size (1680x1050, again using Pepperwolf as an example).

There is no upper limit on resolution, yes, but there is its original format. For example, finding the full res art for M:tG cards is a huge stroke of luck.

And to the original point, which was for OP to release lossy jpegs instead of lossless png, you can actually bloat a clean png as big as you want without a noticeable reduction in quality (meaning you CAN fit it to the next generation of displays), while a jpeg is so full of noise that it isn't worth the slightest bump.

Anyway, there is more media available (comics, books, images, music, video, ...) than I could ever read/listen/view in the rest of my lifetime, even when doing so 24/7. Do you have any media collection? Make the calculation yourself: 1 second to look at each image, 3 minutes for each song, 90 minutes for each film. Multiply and divide down to the number of years.

For your favorites, sure, go all the rage. But for 99 percent of the material out there, each hour not spent to hunt for the best FORM is another hour available to hunt for better CONTENT, or available to be spent for the form of the things I actually care about (software dev). A misaligned menu option by a single pixel makes my eyes bleed, while you as a user mainly care for the content - that it gets your job done.

I've saved these comics as given by the OP. I would have saved them when given as jpgs with the artifacts, because the form would still have been above my threshold of "good enough for me", still containing the very same content.

With regards to your style, you got a neat thing going here, not realistic to be sure, but pleasing in its minimalism and you've crammed a lot of expressiveness into these very simple faces.

You got a keen eye for asses as well, hard to do in so few lines. Being a decent dialogue writer with solid comedic timing on top of it is what makes these a real treat.

Don't shit the bed with the story too hard and /aco/ should reliably shower you with praise every time you remake this thread with new content.

i would work on making the female faces a little less manly
less broad features and large spaces unoccupied on the side of the head
ears are really tricky to get right but if you simplify them they look good
necks are also pretty tricky to get right but if you use alot of "reference material" then you should have some really good looking female faces in no time

You're creating a world that's drawing me in. Simply calling it porn and making it as such, limits what could be an amazing thing. I'm not saying that you should remove the sex and nudity. No, defiantly keep those. But don't call it porn. Don't try to make it porn. Don't think of it as porn. Think of it more as a story, that happens to contain hardcore elements. Like Spartacus: Blood and Sand or Game of Thrones. But more hardcore.

As I said, I read Jab's stuff to fap and once I've blown my load, I quickly lose interest. first fap in a long time where I put it back in my pants and just enjoyed the story. The art isn't fantastic, there are many areas that oddly shaded or just don't follow anatomy well, but it's just good enough to hold your belief, and your skill at highlighting what needs to be present over boobs and vags puts this a step above lots of comics like it.
