It can't be, because I've fapped to those before.

Fun fact: HR Giger's original design for the Xenomorph had it as a sexy lady (boobs, hips, etc) along with its head being a big penis, and the mini-mouth was vagina instead of the sharp teeth. Giger believed that sex and fear could be combined for the ultimate experience, but Scott and the rest of the movie team absolutely refused to use his design. Instead, they made compromises and ended up with the current Xeno.

There were also no facehuggers in Giger's original design. Instead the Xeno would more or less rape you via putting its vagina mouth down your throat (or sucking your dick, apparently) and infect you with some disease/virus that would turn you into a Xenomorph. This was sorta used in the later Prometheus movie.
