I tried it once, and I didn't have the best results. Took two tablespoons on a mostly empty stomach and went to bed. Woke up the next morning feeling more or less okay. I didn't really feel the urge to go, but I gave it a push anyway. A bunch of liquidy mush came out and I was immediately hit by a wave of nausea. I ran to the toilet in just my diaper and started puking. I felt better once it was out of my system, but I didn't have to go too much after that either. Mostly just some small, urgent spurts of liquidy diarrhea a few times during the day.
