Nah I don't think so, Unity always has an exe and a data folder from my experience. This looks more like it has the RPGMaker MV structure, with a locales folder, but there's nothing in it. There's a few other games I've seen made with this engine and they're all made by Spanish developers for some reason.

I think all the game assets are stored in the exe but I can't extract it with 7z so I assume its encrypted.
