That's always going to be the case no matter what, but once you get a pattern for it, it can go somewhat quickly. Usually easier to shower, but if you can't, clean up as much as you can with the large wipes and gloves and clean your crotch area with soap and water using an actual cloth washcloth by the sink or tub.

Robatussin is just Dextromethorphan. With extra stuff depending on the version.
Nyquil is Dextromethorphan + Doxylamine. Standard syrup is in 10% ethanol and also contains APAP (Tylenol).
Mixing the two obviously depends on which versions, but in general just increases the DXM ratio to other substances over Nyquil, or adds those other things over Tuss. It wouldn't likely kill you, but could easily make you nausious, uncomfortable, tipsy, etc.

Going far enough up with DXM would just make it feel like not your problem entirely though. Recreational dissociative use during bodily discomfort is rather pleasant.

Also, buying a flavor to make it go down easier is a bad idea. Any additives like that can easily upset the stomach when ill.
Just buying the capsules and downing them with water works better. Or pure DXM powder, but that's just silly drug abuser stuff.
