You need to read all four books to get her to unlock the last two favors for one. Next, you need to do the "show them to me" favor at least two more times, then the "dance for me" or "let me touch them favor." That will take you to Whoring 9. If you want the public option, you have to do every previous option at least twice to unlock the next tier, but they're tied to the Whoring stat, where Hermione needs to be at 8 for her to flash her classmate, and you're at either 6 or 7.

In most versions it's hidden. Essentially, to get to the next favor's rank, you need at least two hearts in the favor immediately before it. For the public favors, there are no hearts, but you have to have at least done "Touched by a classmate" before doing the dance and touch them favors, or you're locked out.

Combat system is in. There's bunch of hotkeys added (including numbers when exploring outside and some in combat and F1-F4 to select combatants). It's likely things are pretty buggy although I spent quite some time testing combat and it shouldn't be too bad. Encounters are barely balanced yet though.
