Have one of those for my camera lenses, while it does its job to blow the non stuck particles from my sensor and lenses it does jackshit to regular dust stuck on figures.

Brushes do a way better job to get around every nook and cranny, and certainly not that lenspen, the bristles are too thick and the other end has literal carbon to remove fingerprints AND fuck up your figures while at it. Use a makeup brush, the softer the better.

One of my doubt is: wooden shelves or glass shelves? Glass looks better, but it also looks so fragile.
Detolfs aren't an option in my country. Things like pic related cost about $100 and I'm thinking of getting one of them.
Currently my figures sit in a floating glass shelf.

Tempered glass is more than enough to hold the weight of a few figures. The real issue is keeping it free of smudges and scratches. The best benefit of glass shelves is that it lets your display lights filter through, making it so all the sides of a fig are lit up. Be sure to anchor them to the wall, and make sure the shelves are installed properly.
