>6 days until the new chapter and new TSRK one-shot
This is a good month to be alive.
Naranciafriend said he was going to kill himself like a week ago and he hasn't posted since. He might be trying to ruse people for who knows what reason or he actually killed himself.
Is there a full map of the Joestar Mansion? I'm trying to make a thing.
>6 days til new TSRK
I thought it was released in August
OP is dumb and didn't read the news.
Supposedly Arakijojo put up the wrong info. This should be the correct list now:
>Releasing in the next Bessatsu Margaret
Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan - Chapter 9 "DNA."
The Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan Stickers
>Releasing in this Ultra Jump
The Kishibe Rohan Short Story Collection
The Part 4 "Diamond is Unbreakable" Stickers
T-Shirt celebrating the 30th anniversary of "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" (2000 JPY + Application)
If you have EoH, you can try glitching out the map with Pucci.
>They didn't, you must have misread it.
I just checked, indeed I have.
[Special booklet] Short Story collection "Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan"
I don't know if I want to clean the cover.
The quality on it right now is pretty shit, and it will take me a full day or two to complete it like the JJL 14 Tankoubon cover.
I'd just wait until it actually comes out. No rush in doing it if a better version will come out later.
The effort was way worth it for this one.
Definitely, but the better versions of the covers will come out soon in due time. These covers and tankobon cleans are really top-notch. It just gets better with each release.
Anyone else noticing that Araki's been having a boner for gold eyes/lipstick combos recently?
He's been using it a lot these past few months, though.
Get out of here you fucking fraud.
Episode #9 D・N・A
A mysterious event that occurs from the elucidation of a mysterious phenomenon that appeared in a woman's young daughter...!?
See, this idea would be a fantastic platform for Araki to bring back Shizuka Joestar.
Why is the anime animation so shitty?
JoJo is one of the most popular manga ever....so it wouldn't be because of lack of funds, right? Is DP just lazy?
One punch man for example was based off a manga barely anyone had heard of and yet the animation in that is 10x better than JoJo's
The dub will be some good downtime until the Part 5 anime, but I really don't want to see how they will cut the OPs. If you don't know, to save time for the difference between NA's 21 minute runtime compared to JP's 23 minute runtime, Toonami decided to cut the OPs short. And it's kinda choppy.
I just don't want to know how they'll do the OPs, especially the second one since it builds up so much. Some of the OPs on Toonami are double the length of these videos, so I don't know why these were cut so much.
>Think that Part 1's wasn't so bad
>Move on to Part 2
jesus christ, you'd think they would let it end properly instead of cutting off like that
While I am T R I G G E R E D, at least they aren't puling a Toei and making the OP's as long as possible to make the actual content per episode smaller
That better not be self advertisment
I made this 10 minutes ago, I don't make anything quality enough to warrant advertising myself.
It depends on your level of black.
If you're caramel, you'll be just as vulnerable as any other vampire. But if you're full invisible in the dark black, that'll give you many advantages.
Which main villain would be the most willing to
Jobin's childhood had a lot of being on the bottom.
Do you mean like, seeing Anime Onlies being blown away by plot twists a Manga reader obviously knew was coming, and then seeing it for yourself in the anime? Yeah, that's rather fun.
It IS lack of budget. The better known a property is the less they have to invest because it will sell on name alone and the original media is an institution all it's own which a bad anime won't harm. If it's smaller there's more riding on it's success, and a bad anime could impact the manga and popularity too It's like peaks and troughs; completely unknown series get cheap adaptations, middle of the way and some popular series get good adaptations and the really popular shit gets cheap adaptations again. It's not David's fault really, it's Warner's since they assign the budget and provide the money for David to make something with. Not their fault Warner are stingy as fuck, although they did have 3 anime in development at once which is probably why DiU felt so rushed too.
>Chariot fucking Moody Blues
>Crazy Diamond grinding on The Hand
>The World about to eat out some Killer Queen
>Grateful Dead riding Secco
what is this stand orgy and why did araki draw it
Doesn't Toonami usually show the full opening once the first time and then cut it for the rest of the episodes? I don't think they'll cut the DIO stopping time version of the opening since that one is kinda different. Anyone know if they showed the SFX versions on air?
Well, the TVTropes page (Yes, I know how unreliable a source that is, particularly since this tidbit has no citations on it) insists that Araki had mused of adding "Stand Sex" in Stardust Crusaders.
Could still happen in Part 8 but it's unlikely since Jobin is 99% guaranteed to be it. If we get a Part 9 after 8 it'll be pretty short, but we could still get a female main antagonist there. If it happens, that is.
companies just dont reinvest
>dragon ball and one piece together probably bring in billions in blurays, manga, figures, movies, advertising, vidya sales plus advertising deals, etc
fugg should I just wait then? I kind of want to binge watch it again.
Found part of the magazine
It's just a reused panel from Millionaire Village.
It doesn't look reused to me, Doc. Edited or redrawn seems to be the more fit term.
The magazine has a tuft of Rohan's hair that can be visible on his arm. The panel you posted has it simply droop down. Rohan's pants also extend past the ass in the magazine, not with the panel. Finally, the magazine one looks a lot more clearer in general, the second one has not as much detail or just has a lot of dark lines that makes the more detailed parts on Rohan unnoticeable.
Or maybe I'm just looking too deep into it.
>Edited or redrawn seems to be the more fit term
Forgot to merge the layers.
Looks like a different drawing, but of the same exact image. He probably just took a look at the old one and redrew
Why does he even toss it into the wild? That's an unhealthy practice for the wildlife. He truly is a villain.
Not him, but I tried searching on desuarchive. Couldn't find it; instead, I found this http://desuarchive.org/a/thread/46107614
Seems like it would be a fun thread, but apparently the image server is down...
Those are really old pictures, it's normal they won't show up because they're probably lost forever, but maybe the current image server issue is the cause and they're still there.
>I heard more than once from other fans the rumor that JoJo is scheduled to be composed of 9 parts, so we have two more to go.
This rumor seems to have died down.
If another stand fucked your stand, would you be getting cucked? Or are you just getting spiritual pussy?
It would be rape, but there'd be absolutely no way for anyone to trace it back to you if you're the stand user. Assuming you feel the same pleasure if you use a Stand to do the nasty, you'd have free, remote-raping powers and suffer no legal consequences.
Stands are truly powerful.
Answer to this is either the fact that Araki likes to reuse details in his designs, which is probably also why it kinda looks like Pillar Man, or that Jotaro inherited Joestar fighting spirit and it is shown in his stand, even explained in the story as being manifestation of one's fighting spirit.
However, this theory explains why SP is so powerful in part 3 compared to later parts. Jonathan is a part of SP until DIO is defeated which allows Jonathan to rest, depowering SP.
I don't get it but
>Polnareff has some weird ass tuft of hair sticking out like he's gone Super Saiyan
>No mullet in the back
>Some shitty ass pearl earrings
>His shirt is just a tanktop; has two straps instead of one
>It fucking cuts off halfway
That's probably the case, but I do like to believe that Star Platinum's distinct power in Part 3 is because it's imbued with Jonathan's restless spirit. When Star Platinum acts subconsciously (like when its stopping the bullet or doing something to protect Jotaro), it becomes Jonathan himself for a brief moment.
I think this mostly because of that moment in the anime where DIO fails to smash Jotaro with the sign post, and the look of unbridled rage Star Platinum gives to DIO before smashing his fucking skull is too perfect.
To be fair, the guy who drew Polpol was doing it by memory and the girl who drew SC was only told it was a French Robot with a Foil
I'm pretty sure Jotaro made a comment how he neglected to practice, thus making SP less powerful. He is more like his grandpa than he thought. And wasn't the main hero after 3, gotta let the kids shine.
Star Platinum looks like Jotaro and both Jotaro and Joseph look like Jonathan, it's probably just family genetics, but who really knows what Araki was thinking when drawing SP.
Not exactly, it would be like fucking someone while you get fucked in the ass by another person.
To get double the pleasure, either you and your stand jerk off at the same time/each other, you fuck another stand user while your stand fucks the other stand, or your stand fucks the stand user while you fuck said person's stand.
There's only one guy who actually translates and he doesn't come here. Some of the other team members do though and we get the finished chapter dumped here an hour or so before it's up on batoto.
>we get the finished chapter dumped here an hour or so before it's up on batoto
The last chapter was posted 8 hours before it's release.
Read the last page of any chapter.
Quality Checker, self-explanatory.
I must admit, HWMN's team is a lot better than JJCA, but there are still cases of errors in text, spread-joining, and scans.
Mother wants to see you soon, too. I want to kiss you.
Remember to always do it, even when I'm not posting!
How did DIO get into his personal coffin as seen at the beginning of part 3?
The end of part 1 shows it being used by Erina as a sort of lifeboat after the ship sank. Did the coffin sink after Erina was picked up, only for Dio to use it as shelter once he took Jonathan's body?
There is no real answer, seems to be a case of Araki not thinking that far ahead. There was an attempt at explaining it in non-canon novels as Erina saving him out of mercy, but that had even more holes, so just take what you wrote yourself there as explanation.
There indeed was a hidden compartment shown in part 3, but that still leaves the problem how Dio got in when he was still on the very soon to explode ship while Erina was drifting away.
Nice. I'm glad Jobin is finally on a cover, even if he's not the focus of it. Hopefully he'll be on the cover of more in future and get at least one where he's front and center.
Waifu2x + Source
Yes!! My prayers have been heard, finally an illustrated Jobin. And what a great cover too, loving that spiky Gappy and those Yasuho colors.
I'm glad Dolo is featured too, can't recall many minor antagonists who got on covers.
is he wearing the outfit from here too?
How much longer are we going to tote the meme that the JoJo adaptation is shit? Until the Part 5 anime when everyone else will love them again? The part 4 anime was received pretty damn well and did a great job overall. Watching BTD 1 and 2 in the Blurays is the closest the series has gotten to looking like pure eye candy.
What are you talking about, that does look like Daiya. I'm just bothered by the fact her striped boots were replaced by some strange fusion of shoes and legs.
It's been a while, but here is what I can remember off the top of my head:
You just need to play as New Moon Pucci and have the opponent stunned on the wall.
Once they are stunned, you then need to press L1+X to dash through them and the terrain.
Not all walls can be passed and they may have patched it out by now.
Guys I just now realized why Giorno is so boring: because he's basically Jonathan's son.
Jonathan and DIO are dead.
Doppio and Diavolo are dead.
One may as well be dead, the other one is more non-existent than Yasuho's father.
Sorbet and Gelato but those were a line.
Squalo and Tiziano are openly stated but the way they interact with each other and Tiziano's death is more telling.
>Entire Guard was filled with Homos
>Lead by a twink version of himself.
They got scooped out for digging out a scoop on the Boss. Out of the hundreds and thousands of people, they picked the real flaky one to spill the sauce on.
There's several things that contradict canon.
>VA says that DIO only considers women to be tools or food
>OH has DIO constantly going on about 'holy women' and his fixation on them
>Erina's last moments with Jonathan were kissing him, taking the baby and running, as he told her
>OH has Erina put DIO in the coffin and have a conversation with him, something she had no time to do on an exploding ship
>DIO is shown to be a character that evolves but doesn't look back on himself with shame or disgust, and is unashamedly proud of himself and his actions
>OH has him be some sort of retarded tsundere, going on about how his heart was impaled in more ways than one in his first real fight with Jonathan, only to call himself an idiot and deny everything in the next chapter
If Jesus or the corpse DOES show up again in JoJolion, what would you want the abilities it awakens to be called? It had train related names in Part 7 (Love Train, Ticket to Ride), so something like Locomotive Breath or Panic Station would be cool.
The reason new speed king isn't as cool isn't because of the goggles.
It's the eyes.
His new eyes are too large and the playing on the side of his head is too bulbous
You can edit old king with goggles and all and it looks great.
Jobin would be really unique in terms of main antagonists go since he doesn't have any power over anyone else which is unique compared to literally every other main antagonist which is why i sadly think he may end up being the Diego but it would be really cool if he was the straight up main antagonist.
Am I just retarded and dont get the joke or is this supposed to be unfunny?
Also, reverse King Crimson in this arc?
It's an awful Japanese pun involving numbers. Araki starts putting more awful puns and dad jokes into the series starting with Gyro, and has stepped it up a notch with JoJolion.
>wanting to have sex/marry a woman that got ROCKED
Hato is a sweet and loving woman who could have had any man she wanted, but chose Damo because he was (seemingly) genuinely kind and loving to her.
Kyo is 63'd Jotaro, and Daiya is a vapid annoying whore who tried to brainwash Gappy into being her rapeslave.
wait did I miss a Rohan 1shot? The last one I read was Chapter 7 about the cellphone bugs back in 2015. And now they're releasing Chapter 9? Was there a chapter 8 I missed in 2016? I remember thinking it was weird there was no Rohan comic that year.
I've always wondered if Gappy could use his ability to steal the wounds from somebody to save them.
What do you guys think?
Nah wounds seems a little complex for his ability, it's only ever plundered physical traits like friction, eyesight or air and carried objects around, a wound is a physical object and could theoretically be put in a bubble but that wouldn't heal the wound and give it to someone else, it'd just be ripping out the damaged area and leaving a bigger one in it's wake.
Chapter numbers are weird, they're called episodes and are seemingly out of order. The first is episode 16 for example. This year's is 9. You didn't miss a number 8 because there hasn't been one, though this is technically the 8th despite being numbered 9.
There's a good chance it is with how long it's seemingly going to be and how the title is literally a combination of JoJo and Evangelion (Greek for gospel, not in reference to the anime). He's got some seriously biblical shit planned for this arc. While it might be the last full length JJBA Part he'll never stop drawing and we'll probably get one shots and art books for years to come.
Same rules. First reply is drawn
If that's the case, Jobin better have some super crazy shit hidden up his sleeve.
Considering how the main universe ended with a literal fucking reset, I wonder how the SBRverse would end.
Daily reminder that Pucci did nothing wrong
Except for the whole sodomy thing
I'm thinking that's pretty likely. Araki is getting old man. And he used to be so uptight about adaptations of JoJo, then suddenly in 2012 he's okay with a cheap anime studio doing JoJo and it's getting merchandised like crazy now. I'm pretty sure Araki getting ready to retire.
Like other anon said, I don't think JoJo the brand is over for good, but JJL is probably the last full arc of JoJo.
Forgive the bad quality, drawing with mouse is pure horror.
>Bonk and Plonk
I'm still giggling over this years later. Probably the best hypothetical part scenario to ever come out of 4chan.
What was the JoJo fandom like before the anime aired?
There is no confirmation of that, Jotaro being older than Pucci could make things different for him.
I could be wrong, but I believe Jotaro is still the same, and lived the same life.
>Scanlation group drama
>What the fuck is going during d4c
>Italian French people doing photographs of the part 5 and such.
>The same recycled memes
>A mess of a wiki they would be mostly people filling in the gaps themselves. Weird shit like Hermes being the daughter of Avdol and such.
>The holy trinity of Yellow SDC, Duwang and Ignition One.
>Jojo figs being like £10-20 at Cons and such on the lower shleves
>Running around in 2007 at a card game clubs asking if anyone else likes Jojo and getting told to just watch FotNS instead.
What do you think ARAKI's Jojo/villain ranking would be?
Oh god no. I'm going back almost a decade now, (That's fucking scary.) The Hermes one I only remember because someone told me on an old forum that there was a character in Part 6 who changed gender and came back to life so tried to read the wiki.
The forum was a Phoenix Wright one of all places.
The only other thing I vaguely remember was King Crimson having a really short page with only epitaph being explained..
The old Wikia layout was far less versatile with formatting. Was this horrible peachy/almon colour.
I'm going to pick up some other japanese volume to go along my JJL 15, any recommendations? I already have PB 1 and JJL 14.
I want a Part 5 one, mostly torn between this one and 60.
I've seen this trees thing posted a few times. What's it about?
I'm fine with Goggle King as long as it doesnt open its mouth ever.
For all the girls this series has there's not much art of them.
It's mostly of guys
Ermes makes my dick squirmy.
>suprised how little lewds we see from Mariah
Mariah has shit tonnes. Her and Lisa Lisa esp. since the anime probably get the most out of the girls.
I am in the bag that I wish Ermes had some more though.
It definitely looks better mouth closed.
Why do all the male characters from part 5 and onward look like ugly women?
Captcha: Kecks Ronda
What did they mean by this?
>mista kissing 4
Why aren't the protagonists called JoJo anymore? Jonathan and Joseph were consistently called JoJo by other charecters, and then
>This is Jotaro, JoJo for friends
>no one ever calls him JoJo
>This is Josuke, or alternatively JoJo
>no one ever calls him JoJo
>This is Giorno
>never even referred to as GioGio
>This is Jolyne, only her mother calls her JoJo
>exactly 1 (one) scene of her mother calling her JoJo and nothing more
I have never gotten why some people perceive Dio as this one dimensional character and pure evil when Dio especially in Part 1,6 show that he is much more then that - he has his own weaknesses, he gets afraid, he has friends, allies. I love how over time Araki gave more characterisation and development to Dio
