Something about Japanese with it's limited set of sounds helps the language sound nice and clear.

Chinese just meanders all around with it's sounds, I haven't been very fond of what I've heard. Particularly with women where it can also get very nasally and high pitched. The only time I really remember enjoying the language was watching the somewhat recent Three Kingdoms adaption. Now with all that said, I realize there is no single language called "Chinese" so I can't comment on specific kinds I've heard, just what I've generally heard.

New Fate is licensed by Netflix and they don't simulcast anime. Instead they release all episodes together after they have finished airing because binge meme. So UTW decided to come back from oblivion and translate Fate.

In case of gg it wasn't Netflix, but Harmony Gold. Due to copyright issues Macross Delta anime wasn't licensed for simulcast so gg resurrected once again to sub it. Subber here, I tried releasing an anime but the cartel banned me from si without an explanation. I thought you'd want to know that the people killing fansubs are fansubs themselves, they want to maintain power by keeping out opposition I guess. Anyway, I stopped subbing after one episode because I don't want to put in all that effort just to have it deleted in an hour (I was doing it completely alone, timing and everything).

I won't deny I'm salty and I also don't think I'm the best subgroup ever or anything, but there was nothing actually wrong with my subtitles and it's disgusting that you all have to wait for big names to release something because smaller folk aren't allowed to start up anymore.

A cartel 'department' in my country was shitting on my releases (because my translations were just faithful to the source, without memes and forced localization) and dumb people believed that it was 'so bad' and started shitting on it too. Fansub scene in my country is doomed be those retards. Well, official manga publishers are often worse than commie in localization. Atrocious place for any A&M fans.
