Nishiki seemed pretty sure the intake RC cells would stop the "aging". Especially as he postulates RC cells can lengthen telomeres, thereby reversing the damage already done.

He can't recommend consuming RC cells, because it's synonymous with ghoul cannibalism. Kaneki would be a pretty shitty king if he went around eating his subjects. If that city on the otherhand contains RC cell worm monsters than that might be Kaneki's panacea.

So basically Touka didn't want to tell Kaneki about the child first but as soon as she saw the file she decided to spill the beans. She's pretty much trying to tie him down again to prevent him from going on another suicide mission.

She chose Kaneki and their child over Yoriko and pretty much accepted the upcoming death of her best friend. People always say Touka is so stupid and such a shit character but this is actually some strong development right here. She's become rational and knows what's possible and what's not.

The titles are becoming increasingly more ominous. Next week is the final chapter of volume 12 and possibly all of part 2. We thought chapters 129 to now were about Touka, but they were actually about Kaneki and him slowly, begrudgingly resigning himself to his fate.
In 129 we see Kaneki's black tears for the first time and also how he's deteriorated. In 130 Kaneki discovers Yoriko's fate and also that Touka is pregnant, but it's meaningless and he can't bring himself to be happy because he knows he's going to die.
131 is Kaneki reflecting on what he knows and making a decision, knowing he's heading to slaughter, a thinking pig. That drawing of Touka in a mourning dress was of her mourning Kaneki, not the baby.

There's not enough time to put as much as even a single more chapter. It's not a mistake and it's not a temporary listing, the date was confirmed by Sui Ishida himself and the amount of pages adds up, it's 202 pages this time. Previous volumes were 230-250.
Since the volume comes out the day before the magazine they can't put a the final chapter in the volume and magazine at the same time either. The absolute best you can hope for is a short epilogue chapter.
