This is a legitimately hard question. Part of Isekai is knowing you are reading power fantasy bullshit and it comes with the territory that the writing isn't going to be high standard. So you end up enjoying a series for the particular gimmick and characters.

Evil God Average was fun because of the silly one trick joke the series was based around. I enjoyed it to the end even though the first book was better then the second. When the author made a new series set in the same world about a new character, it just had nothing going for it.

Currently enjoying Tsuki ga Michibiku but I can't for the life of me point out exactly why. Maybe it's because of Mio and the reactions some people from the world have to her. I won't pretend it's a well written series but it's nice to see chapters for it when they come out.

That's honestly what this story is. It's a comfy isekai where he doesn't really do anything major (at least not for the first 5 or so volumes). He even takes a break from adventuring for a while to run a business a bit later. In the next part I'll be releasing on Wednesday he gets a mansion and it's basically him moving himself and his waifu squad in there.
He's not OP in the traditional sense, it's more that he's really pragmatic and tends to think about his situation instead of just OP punching through his challenges. He is dense as fuck when it comes to his wives, though. Luckily that gets better later on in the story.

Korean Isekai stuff seems pretty varied, a lot of shit but occasionally you find something interesting (and edgy naturally) like Dungeon Defense.

All Chinese wuxia stuff I've tried ends to more or less the same with minor variations. They almost always have cultivation of some kind, even if the world they reincarnate to has magic and not martial arts, in a western magic world you just replace the Dao rank with magic ranks and it's the same.

Thing about Wuxia is that even when it's a female protagonist, it's usually the same but the harem building changes over to a cold, ruthless woman building a harem of men who fawn over her and do as she asks while the girl herself is OP as fuck on top of being a schemer.

That said, My Disciple Died Yet Again was a pretty amusing Chinese xianxia with a female protagonist if only for the silly gimmick. Unfortunately after a while even that fell into the usual problems, but initially it's a good take the piss of the genre.

Sounds fun desu. I don't see why everyone is up in arms over this.

Pretty stupid, too. Any series would benefit from taking what would have been a perfectly bland male MC and making them a girl. Forces the writers to work overtime to make them likable, instead of just self-inserts.
