I've got an N2 and I can't speak or write for shit. I live in a south american country and there are zero Japanese speaking people around me. I'm sure that you could count native Japanese speakers in terms of hundreds in a country with millions of people.

The simple fact of the matter is that you need to live in a native country (or at least have constant and extended contact with natives from said country) to learn to use the language actively and naturally. I've read the shin kanzen from all levels and watch japanese documentaries everyday, but it's not a substitute to actually speaking and developing the parts of the brain associated with speech and writing.

I actually had plans to translate this, and have a script for the first chapter done and raws for it half-cleaned, but then I ran into a terrible problem - just as I was going to go and save the rest of the raws, nico took down a bunch of the chapters (in a manner that suggests a possible tankoubon release). The Spanish group deleted their raws after releasing, I can't find them anywhere else, and no one on /a/ seems to have the raws saved.
