I own BH and yes, I can say the quality is on par and even superior in some regards. The assembly is way easier and the parts are not as flimsy for one, the hair strands are generally more defined and the tips are sharper which means better molding/details as well.

Got Alter's BH a while ago, and Picked up Atago this morning. Actually the hair on Atago is more detailed, MF is also using that velvet-like paint on the figures skin as well.
