>Shuuichi ignores all the season to keep the baiting
>In only one episode got the kumiko pussy
>In only one episode destroyed all delusions of /u/fags
>Reina confess her love
>Reina is 100% focused on Taki's D
>Reina wants to be impregnated by Taki
Taki was always based but this episode was glorious.
It was all in the Novels and novelanon warned you /u/tards, now everyone else will enjoy the massive butthurt and tears.
Haven't seen something like this since NaruHina and IchiHime.
>/u/tard still in denial
>Doesn't even know the hairpin is the trigger of the confession
TOP FUCKING KEK
>what did they mean by this?
Trombone will win!
How can Taki refuse those legs?
/u/ got called
Itchy shoe cum-in-miko
What a sad thread. Overreacting about a little scene that could lead nowhere while ignoring the real highlights of the episode (Kumiko and her sister / Asuka and her father / Third years moving on) But huray! shitposting.
I really expected more to happen this episode given some of the reactions here I've seen before watching it, but I should have known it was just /a/'s typical shitposting.
And no, I don't expect a /u/ ending.
What was with that scene between Kumiko and her sister? Just walk over and give her a hug already, Mamiko.
>"I love you"
Never, I'd downright hug my siblings and show all manner of physical affection, but you can't just say it out loud like that in any kind of normal circumstance. It feels like I'd be risking the power balance in the relationship if I intended it seriously and I'd likely not be taken seriously.
A traumatic or massive change in the relationship or life in general might prompt it though, as in this case, but would be like a thing I'd expect to be said once or twice in a lifetime if ever.
I will marry this clarinet
nobody ever expects the Midorinquisition
Look at this motherfucker. You just know he's thinking "Can't wait to smash that puss."
Anime was made about wrong school orchestra
based taura and noguchi
>twintails gazing at Shuuichi
how does he keep doing it?
It's nice that they returned to their natural rapport with each other. All this time Shuu's been hestitating and Kumiko's been awkward.
(Is it just me or was Kumiko low-key flirting with Shoe in this scene? She was subtly teasing him)
Lol, bronze shitters. They were handing out gold like it was nothing and they get fucking bronze. What a joke.
Well, that's Taki's feckless dream dead now, it was good while it lasted, but it was truly for the birds.
does anyone have that picture of Reina getting rejected by Taki and Shuumiko in the same image? I think it was by this artist
Man,this anime really went to shit in season 2. I literally had to skip some of the scenes in the past couple episodes because of how cringy they were. I also really wanted to see them play but I guess they skimped out on their budget. This season is so disappointing.
Trumpet section finally getting together 100%
She's also with him right here >>151229878
Our boy Shoe has her on lockdown after being together in band the whole school year.
While the local fags are blind and fawn over irrelevant characters and non-existent "pairings", I've once again found more proof of the true OTP in this show.
>short twin tailed senpai
I would ship that
>Asuka caressing Kumiko's fluff
How can a girl be this perfect?
Are they best friends?
How did /literally who shoe/ even win? He gave Kumiko a fucking hairpin and got bypassed by actual important events in the episode.
>inb4 it was all part of his master plan
In Soviet Union, Tracer is Staight.
''The Red String of Fate (simplified Chinese: 姻缘红线; traditional Chinese: 姻緣紅線; pinyin: Yīnyuán hóngxiàn), also referred to as the Red String of Marriage, and other variants, is an East Asian belief originating from Chinese legend. According to this myth, the gods tie an invisible red cord around the ankles of those that are destined to meet one another in a certain situation or help each other in a certain way. Often, in Japanese culture, it is thought to be tied around the little finger. According to Chinese legend, the deity in charge of "the red thread" is believed to be Yuè Xià Lǎorén (月下老人), often abbreviated to Yuè Lǎo (月老), the old lunar matchmaker god, who is in charge of marriages.
The two people connected by the red thread are destined lovers, regardless of place, time, or circumstances. This magical cord may stretch or tangle, but never break. This myth is similar to the Western concept of soulmate or a destined flame.''
They knew what they were doing didn't they
Who the fuck is this girl?
I mean, what are they trying to focus on? Mamiko's breast or irrelevant megane girl? This scene is out of place.
Red thread of fate isn't always a romantic thing. It's pretty much something that ties people together because they are destined to meet.
Personally I find the concept stupid because every person you meet in life you're technically destined to meet.
I've always find relationships with large age gap creep and disgusting, but after this episode, seeing how much balls Reina have and how much she actually loves him, i'm definitely cheering for her now.
It really matters.
The difference between the scene in the anime and the novels is that here Kumiko isn't freaking out from stress. She doesn't need to be comforted. Shuuichi's sentiments help in the show but she doesn't come off as a damsel in distress.
More notably, Shuu doesnt put the hairclip on her or try to confess (in the books he's interrupted by Asuka anyways though)
I think based on this KyoAni's going for an open end, but we'll see more next week.
even Ribbon is cheering for Reina
Maybe it's different for the novel but I don't understand how anyone can like Shuuichi in the anime. He barely has any development or personality, not to mention screentime. I guess it could be hetfags just liking him because it's het but Reina and Taki seems a lot better. At least Taki is a real character with some focus.
>Asuka expects the 2nd years to get them gold next year.
Fucking how? There's barely any 2nd years.
Truly the best girl.
>Why do people care about things I don't?
I was a multiship for kumirei and kumishuu and hated seeing Shuuichi always hated on and bashed. It made me dislike kumirei although I still love Kumiko and Reina as characters, and I became full Shoefag.
They probably will now that they've shown they can get to Nationals and people have seen Taki's conducting. Mamiko said more good players will most likely be joining due to that. They also have the best flutist back.
can the fagotts see anything there?
Kyoani is truly finished.
>Reina: I love you, sensei
>Taki : Thanks
Fucking KEK. It makes me remember about funny interracial JAV webm from /gif/ between Yuma Asami and White guy.
Yeah I get that, so it makes sense to like him based on the novel. I just don't understand how anyone can come to like him as a character from the anime alone with what little development he has. It seems to only be for shipping purposes and not for him alone.
What do you EXPECT him to say? The guy has no reason to respond, he would have lost his job. All he has to do is to keep her stringing along until she graduates. He gets nothing by responding right then.
I am literally going to marry Midori and there's nothing you can do to stop me.
>As far as I know, Taki is not regular teacher in Kitauji anyway.
>I think he get more freedom than regular academic teacher.
Doesn't matter. Relationship with a current student = instant dismissal. And it would be even more retarded to announce it in public. If he wanted to fuck her he would tell her in private, not telling the whole damn band.
Other people have lower or different standards, but who knows what they are. Apart from liking or not liking, Shuu wasn't entertaining or cool enough that I'd pair him with our main fluff.
>30 seconds of total interaction between kumiko and shoe for 2 seasons
>out of nowhere give her the hairpin in a 3 second clip
>KUMI X SHOE CONFIRMED LELELELELELELELELELELELELELELELELELE
I fucking hate kyoani
>mfw not even /a/ is save from you /pol/ faggots anymore.
Thank you, KyoAnus.
>Shoe gives Kumiko a flower hairpin
>She loves it so much that she brought it with her to her most important performance
>Ending of the novel shows her in the spring epilogue with the hairpin on and she told the girls it was from her boyfriend
>Wonder why people are celebrating
Please be in more denial.
o yeah polish it like a dick you fuckin whore
WHY IS IT ALWAYS FUCKING B MAJOR WHAT THE FUCK?
>shoe always in the frame somewhere
SASUGA KYOANI IT WAS FATED FROM THE START
I want a cute girl to watch while I polish my instrument too.
>sitting beside a male
>Kumiko smiling like a whore when getting her present
900p upscale is far better than a 720p downscale you fucking retard.
Not to mention when you're watching shit on a larger resolution 1080 is the way to go rather than watching a 720p bullshit just because you can't ass yourself to download 1080p because your internet is fucking slow.
Like I said. The shitty 720p master race meme is outdated. This isn't 2011. Keep pushing your shitty poorfag agenda.
>Kumiko genuinely happy that Asuka got a message from her Dad
Kumiko's a good girl.
Asuka was quite pumped just from playing in front of him too. While Kaori and Haruka are clueless.
Oh, fuck that background guy.
>They all make cute hoompa sounds
>I sound like a dying duck
Is this a new meme?
We're talking about watching simulcast releases though. Stop bring up BD since it's not the topic.
This is shit is about "720p is better" memespouting bullshit.
Seriously? What is the reason for not downloading the 1080p version?
It only takes a few minutes not unless you got some third world internet.
>inb4 unncessary space
Another poorfag excuse. Nobody told you to keep the files. Delete them after watching.
It's one of those things most people don't realize until someone points it out for then. Like how Kumiko is taller than Reina.
I thought I read that it goes like this in the novel:
>kumiko wears hairpin
>Asuka asks if its from her boyfriend
>she answers yes in a panic
I assumed that would have happeedn this episode when the two were talking pre-performance.
>Not archiving everything you watch
Because you're downloading something that has a bigger size and has no big differences whatsoever. What's the point if wasting pointless data like that? A lot of people's internet nowadays has caps for data. I wish deleting them after watching would bring the data usage back to what it was but it doesn't.
People still think 1080p is still that badly upscaled? Do people still seriously think it's a 720p upscale?
FYI the BD is also 900p upscaled to 1080p. Anyone who still think 720p is the standard is as bad as a someone who streams from Kissanime.
>cute Kumiko sound
>even cuter Kumiko sound
God I love this girl.
I just don't see how a stretched image is better than a compressed image if you'r watching at the correct resolution. And you're watching in a 4K tv so it's not like you can tell the difference since it's even more upscaled than the normal 1080p resolution you get from CR.
I would believe you if you were downloading a daisuki rip because apparently their downscales are pure garbage but you're just downloading the bigger file for no apparent reason other than placebo quality improvements.
>and has no big differences whatsoever.
It doesn't even have to be 77" or 4k. Go watch on a bigger screen and you'll see how blurry 720p is at some point.
Also data caps are your ISP's issue. Get a better internet then. If not poor you.
>And you're watching in a 4K tv so it's not like you can tell the difference since it's even more upscaled than the normal
And this makes 720p superior how?
Again. You will see the difference because of how much more blurred 720p is.
Yuri ruined it all.
They should've set up a strong foundation for the Shuuichi ship from the beginning and people would've been on board with it, instead of just making almost non-existent and then giving the Yuri fanatics bait to play with and then fearing their backlash. We could've gotten a cute little love story but now we have nothing.
The Jews fear the Hibike.
>shuuichi reading this thread
Reina's confession was fantastic. Man I really hope from the bottom of my heart that there will be season 3. I love this show so much
A false flag for what? This show is fucking amazing and is definitely in my top 10 if not top 5
>people will get mad at me for making thoughtful posts so I just make shitty ones that make me look like I'm from /v/ and make the same people mad anyways
Good taste, anon.
Watch more anime.
I've seen almost 100 titles and this is among my favorites. I know that's not a lot of anime compared to most of /a/ posters, but I still think this show is fantastic and deserves praise
both sides hate each other. you're acting like the kid who cries "he hit me first!" when you actually went at each other mutually.
using "b-but i'm the victim" to justify lazy shitposting is ironic coming from hetfags, because it's the behavior you expect from a 14yo girl on tumblr.
See this is why the shoe relationship is forced and stupid. In one episode after almost no interaction this happens. Bunch of forced bullshit that shouldn't have happened, they should've left it on a no romance.
>Goes to yuri board
>Posts a pic from a het anime about het couple in a yuri board.
>I'm so funny!! I posted something that isn't yuri on a yuri board and it got deleted!
You Shoefags get more retarded by the day
>Yuri ruined it all.
I would have liked it if they went for a more shoujo-esque approach and instead of downgrading Shuuichi's presence they upgraded it, gave him and the romance a more prominent role. I would have also liked it if they went in the opposite direction, removed Shuuichi as a character altogether or had him hook up with Hazuki halfway through season one and made a real romance between Kumiko and Reina. But the way they handled it was terrible and leaves no one satisfied. Even if Shuuichi and Kumiko do start dating in the last episode, which is something I'd like to see, it's going to feel like wasted potential because of how neutered their relationship was. And if the other side "wins" and they don't include the confession, it's going to be a pretty hollow victory for people who dislike the pairing, since they won't be getting their preferred pairing either, just the satisfaction that the other side didn't "win". Whatever happens, no one will be really happy, most enjoyment will come from shitting on the losing side in these threads. Why did this have to happen?
Why is team monaka on there? They did like nothing. Sure nozomi helped mizore smile but if she wasn't there in the first place my roboe could've been happy with my ribbons
Yes I'm not going to deny that but it's still stupid to post something whether it's a het anime or yuri and think it's funny or not expect it to be deleted when you post it on a yuri board.
But look how much more human the Roboe has become with Nozomi and when they are together. They are better together than Roboe and Yuko
Get on my level, anon.
>Putting a ribbon on Ribbons.
What are they trying to do? Create Third Impact?
What does everyone think of Kawashima Sapphire?
Probably the nicest girl in the band next to buuchou. Although she does stick her nose in people's business a little too much (asking about the 2nd years, helping hazuki with shu, helping shu with kumiko).
Is this from twitter or just cropped? I can't find it on saucenao.
Not really. I just wanted to watch him get drilled before.
Would be believable anon. Deadfish shouldn't try stealing a humans love.
There was a girl named Aki that Haruka had a crush on and nearly died trying to get her scarf out of a river. Kisumi had a hatem of girls who followed him everywhere and cheered for him during basketball games. Rin was a notorious flirt with girls according to Sousuke and Kisumi. There was also a girl who made Haru cookies in the second light novel and a new girl, Satomi, whom Haru grew to care for a lot wanted to protect her smile. Satomi was also Ikuya's childhood friend and during an argument between them, Haru joked that it was a lovers quarrel.
>girl named Aki that Haruka had a crush on
>Rin was a notorious flirt with girls
That's more in line with the impression everyone got of him from the swimming CM.
Damn, I really wouldn't have thought with what I've seem of the anime.
>I said male otaku, not teenagers/casuals.
Looks like you don't see the bigger picture of the 'male otaku' definition .
Yes I'll admit I was wrong with that. We need Asuka and the 2 senpai Kaori and Buchou while they enjoy sweet potatoes together and do fun things and we need to include Azusa because she's been slacking screen time
Asuka looks bit weird in this pic
I'm a yurifag and I'm also laughing at them. It's their fault for being so retarded. And I bet the same will happen with Kuzu no Honkai
>Complaining about based 2016
Once flip flappers ends without yuri and we have the triple blow out, will we be so lucky to have these abominations all kill themselves? Yurifags are literally subhuman.
I'm beginning to think Descartes' law is in effect here
are there people that literally think yuri fags need to die?
Its a fucking cartoon, let people have their fun without actually wishing death upon them, holy shit.
WE TOLD YOU YURIFAGS! WE FUCKING TOLD YOU!
KYOANI NEVER DOES YURI, THEY CAN BAIT YOU GOOD, BUT NEVER DO YURI, AND THEY VERY LIKELY NEVER WILL.
BUT YOU DIDN'T LISTEN, YOU LAUGHED AT EVERYONE THAT TOLD YOU THERE WOULD BE NO YURI.
AND NOW THAT THE ENDING IS CLEAR, YOU FIND YOURSELVES CHOKING ON YOUR ASPIRATIONS.
No, they hate pretty women who are happy. They hate when pretty women are happy together but they especially hate pretty women who are happy with men. It makes them have triggered flashbacks of when Stacy stole the Chad they had an unrequited crush on in middle school.
ITT: shoeposters pretending to be yuriposters reply to other shoeposters pretending to be yuriposters
Dude, even in Free they didn't deliver on gay shit.
And we're talking about BL here, which unlike yuri, has quite a big market in Japan. Thus, it's actually profitable.
KyoAni will never deliver an actual homosexual relationship, at least not with the main characters. I'm sure I can say, without doubt, that they'll never do that, with a 100% certainty.
It's not about shipping, it's about being arrogant.
Bullshit, and you know it. The largest and most annoying group has been yurishitters.
You guys remain silent and tame for a while, during S1 when the novel spoilers surfaced, but as soon as you saw enough difference you just pretended there was going to be a huge change in the story, and you became arrogant again.
Shuu1 barely having any screentime this season, and having his scenes considerably reduced in this adaptation made you even more insufferable, since that fact added fuel to your delusions.
However, this episode sealed the deal. KyoAni IS respecting the novel end, and now you've got to eat all the shit you've spouted during all this time.
You really deserved this. It's good to learn how to be humble.
Hopefully, you'll remember that next time.
Yurishitters are a minority of the board though, that pretty much everyone on /u/ has also been telling to calm the fuck down, if you had ever been in any of the threads.
though like, duh, you wouldn't have been
It's been like having a million muginos, and we fucking hate him too.
What plotlines do they have left?
>Appeased the shoe fags
>exclusively yuribait to sell merch next episode
>Asuka still hasn't played that song for her dad
>No ending musical number
>No resolution to the Kumiko's parents conflict with Onee-chan
>Hardly and Renia/Kumiko screen time at all this episode
seems like they've got quite a few boxes to tick off before the season is over, unless they want to do a season 3
I feel deeply wounded by this show. I just love Kumiko and Reina so much and I care about their relationship but it's all turned to ash. It just hurts so bad whenever I think about it, my heart aches, I keep tearing up. I've never felt like this before.
Okay I'll let you keep your delusions anon because they are in no way humble and you're clearly ignoring the Shoefags if you've not noticed them shouting /u/ every thread
>Yurishitters are a minority of the board though
But they are the majority of the threads. And we only call them /u/ because it's faster than rolling yurishitters every time. Whether they are actually from /u/ or not is irrelevant.
I just got home so I've missed all the threads.
I just got to the part where Reina's about to shout for Taki on stage and I can't do it, I got to watch it and then pause it, it's too difficult to watch
