They first promise a unique "NOT NEPTUNIA NOT mk2 NOT Victory" so what does it give - mk2 and Victory mash-up abridged: Like really shitty edition.

Animation and main artists were bad. Writing in general was bad and had none of the charm or wit from games.

And it looked so bad like holy shit tsunako would turn in her grave if she was dead but thank god this did not kill her.

Overall it was dropped by 4th ep and started 6th new game in Victory.
