KyoAni's strong point when it comes to animation is that they're consistent but even them have been sloppy with episode 1, episode 3 were mostly stills.

Flip Flappers' animation is vastly overrated, although it is pretty good in and of itself. Most people (mainly the 3Hzfags) will call me a kyoanifag for saying this, but I think Hibike has been better so far. Also, there is always the chance for FliFla to get the Sora no Method treatment.
Anyways, you guys are obviously missing the sakuga short of the season: Gakuen Handsome.

currently I am enjoying the most ping pong, vivid stike, brave witches, magical girls, izetta, havent caught up on flappers yet

and thats much more than usual. most seasons I dont watch anything and this time it looks like it's gonna be 4-8 depending on how shit goes

flappers is nice
vivid is getting kinda strange, not what I expected, but its still okayish
ping pong is nothing special but entertaining
brave witches is nice. I dropped strike witches 1st episode a couple years ago and I like this one much more
magical girls is okayish too. I always expect it to turn to shit and then it stays decent

occult nine is terrible, I couldnt even make it halfway through the first episode. cringy as fuck, boring, pretentious, just absolute trash overall, worst anime I tried this season
drifters is disappointing, not bad but not okayish either. I guess I have already dropped it
tiger mask is absolutely retarded. at first it seemed to at least be somewhat entertaining but too much dumb shit happening and the "fights" are unacceptable
