I myself save everything I like. Ever since I owned my own computer I have gotten into doing it. Far too many times things I like on the internet would just disappear so I just took to saving anything that interested me.

My hentai folder is called work because keeping it organized takes a ton of time. Comiket has been over for months but I am still sorting all the new stuff I got.

This went poorly last two times I tried this, but I am game to give it one last try. I am heading up to Tokyo for the kaladesh prerelease. The shop is close to Akihabara so on my way back I am game to make a side trip to buy some stuff.

Things to know:

-I am using my own time and money to buy and scan what you suggest. So if what you suggest isn't to my taste then I won't get it

-At most I will pick up 4 books. A lot of them are less than 1000 yen, but the cost does add up.

-I would rather any suggestions come from Nagomi[http://nagomi.ne.jp/web/top/]. The have a buy in store feature, which means I can order it on my phone and have it waiting for me at their store.

This is all just a test run to see if I would be game to take on small scanning commissions.

I download anything that looks interesting. Put it in my fap folder and fap when it's time. If it's bad I delete it when not I put it in another folder where I collect stuff to add it when I got the time to my external porn HD which has folders for artists, fetishes or whatever.

If you want a more technical explanation, sure.
System Restore only restores applications settings/configurations, not DATA.
Deleted files will remain deleted (unless it's system - Windows). Stuff that are saved in the registry will be reverted back, same for applications installed.
Tabs, or history, are saved in files in your user folder. When you have tabs, it's a file in a certain folder. If you open the browser and choose not to keep tabs, it'll delete the file and start a new one, erasing your previous tabs.
History works in the same manner. If you clicked to wipe it, the file is gone.
With luck, you might find it in the recycle bin, and restoring it might work, but it's very, very, very unlikely since the file is probably overwritten instead of replaced.
So, you're asking if System Restore, which is, restoring applications and system files and configuration to a previous state will make your browser history/tab return the answer is NO.
