Just wanted to point out, in the flashback panel where Gran Torino is seen training All Might back in the day, his hairstyle looks like how it does when he isn't "transformed". This happens alongside Gran Torino praising Deku and saying he may be able to "transform." It's very possible that OfA does cause it's user to transform like All Might does, or at least that doing so is a side affect of so much power being built up over time from all the users.

Hey guys, I had a thought.

In Operation: Rescue Kacchan, everyone in the group had a role.

That is, everyone but Momo.

Deku was the strategist and one of the carriers. Iida also carried and used his reciproburst to sent them flying. Kirishima was the motherfucking BATTERING RAM. Todoroki made the ramp to let them do that.

Momo just made the tracker.

We know Horikoshi likes to make everyone relevant where they're applied.

When bakugou was about to die nobody did a shit because they were to scared of fighting the oil-fire, if they had more courage they would have tried someway to solve the problem but they just waited some hero to show, if were talking with shonen-world rules even deku had the balls to fight, knowing that he was useless and probably going to die there.

BnHA's setup is naturally, Japanese as hell so you can't use quirks in public at all.

You couldn't have had ended it with Blackmist letting Shigaraki know that All Might doesn't seem to be there, and had it hard-cut out after Shigaraki expresses disappointment and says:

That's not true though. You can't use your quirks on another person, and quirks are against the rules to use while in a school setting or whatever. In the very first episode though, some random woman on the street throws up a force field to protect herself from the slime guy. Ochako talks about using her quirk for construction. It's blatantly obvious you can use your quirks. The rules about them are just for specific restricted areas, like smoking is, or in the case of committing crimes.
