There is one thing I don't understand.

Hisoka was keeping his severed puppet head both as a weapon and as a notification to see if Gallery Fake would be disabled at any point. Since the head never disappeared, he was assuming Chrollo still had GF on a bookmark. Instead, now he knows that all the copies could be marked with Sun and Moon to prevent them from disappearing when GF is deactivated.

What I don't get is, S&M requires two hands to be used as far as we know. GF also requires two hands. So even if you created a copy and bookmarked GF, it shouldn't be possible to apply S&M on the copy because you wouldn't have two hands available anymore.

This is what's happening:
Chrollo has Gallery Fake bookmarked. It requires both hands to work and he creates puppets.
He then opens the book on the Sun and Moon page. He can't use one of the seals (from his right hand) since its holding the book now, but the other hand is free to mark any of the puppets.
Puppets are marked with one of the seals and he changes the bookmark to the Order Stamp ability. Puppets won't disappear because they have the seal on them.

1) Hisoka needs to be aware of Sun and Moon being used to cheat his way out of Skill Bandits' dispel as well as possible bombs all over the place. Just because he uses it one way doesn't mean he'll use it exclusively in that manner.

2) The Chrollo clone had a cap on, so chances are he really did attack himself, maybe got a few hits in deliberately but then switched places with a fresh order stamp clone. He could have easily created a few fake needles with GF in advance.

Well, the two seals have to touch each other. So I'm gessing he went full absolute ruseman, and predicted that both of them will touch each other eventually, likely by Hisoka own actions. I've been thinking if we'll actually get to the point when Hisoka gets outright mad by the fight. You might think he's a fighting junkie and the whole thing is an orgasm to him, but if you think it's a like a videogame, even if we enjoy challenges in them, everyone gets mad at a hard enemy that keeps running the fuck away.

Also Hisoka has already fallen for a psychological trap of sorts. Unless it is a condition, there's nothing stopping Chrollo from using any other abilities of his, but Hisoka is only considering the ones he's seen because Chrollo said he's only going to use these.
