I grew up in southern california where there's a metric shitton of homeless because the weather actually can't kill them and they literally migrate to live here. I had a chat with my therapist about stuff like that. It's always difficult and concerning when deaths or other traumatising events don't seem to have much of an effect on us, but the most formative memories we have are almost always just random little asides that happened to have a profound impact. The thing is homeless people can easily get out of their situation, but they refuse to do so because of their destructive behavior such as being lazy.

For some reason I was REALLY good at talking people into doing terrible things when I was a kid. I had a girl next to me poke me endlessly with her pen who made me snap and I ended up slapping her in class. She got pissed, got the boyfriend of her friend to follow me around to try and fuck me over while having another girl put random shit in my locker.
I got lucky to make the whole thing stop after her friend's boyfriend understood that she was being a bitch and holding down that other girl after I caught her put shit in my locker. It was honestly annoying.

Most of the school I attended had Asian American majority students.

Nobody had time for bullying because after school, their parents bought their kids to Chinese Language School, Piano Lessons, Swimming Lessons, Art Lessons, Private Tutoring for SATs, etc

Considering I was always the tallest and usually the strongest because I was taking wrestling classes after school, I highly doubt it. I never got fucked with until high school and even when I did the whole incident ended after I slammed the guy. So I doubt picking on a guy your size and bigger would go as planned.

I probably would've been bullied but there were a couple kids below me in the schoolyard hierarchy.

At this point the inconsistencies of the rumors was so big that folks in other classes stopped believing them, but my sexuality was still questioned from time to time, especially by he boyfriends of those bullying girls.

Before the voices thing, I was also the butt of all girl's jokes. Didn't think too much of it until one of them lost a bet and had to lead me on that she likes me for two weeks then ask me on a date. Foolish as I was, I turned up, only to get laughed at in public by the girl's clique.
