The wounds in Jojo are never really a big deal (unless you get Kakyoin'd). People are constantly having their arms and legs burst into blood with bone showing and then a few panels later they're a-ok. It kinda bothers me, I can never tell if a character is only mildly inconvenienced with half their face gone and it'll grow back, or they are really mortally wounded and are about to actually die

I have no idea how anyone in Stardust Crusaders is still alive. Even after their first fight, Jotaro should have killed Kakyoin. SP wrung HG's neck and then punched his face so hard the building they were in split in half. Kakyoin's skull should have exploded from that.
