OPM is stronger than goku, but potentially not by much. It was said by the webcomic's author that at full power the entire universe will be destroyed in the direction of his punch (although I'm not sure about hi defensive capabilities). Since Goku needs another being with equal or greater physical power to create a similar effect, he's clearly not as strong, especially when you consider that it's not at all unlikely that DBZ's universe is smaller than OPMs.

Last I checked, Goku hadn't won a fight outside of mooks. He lost vs Raditz, Vegeta, Ginyu, Android 19, Cell, Cell Jr, Vegeta, Fat Buu, Super Buu, Kid Buu TWICE and hasn't won in Super AT all.

He beat Nappa, through sneak attack, the Ginyus, who were so below his level they couldn't even touch him, and Yakon.

Saitama is weaker than Krillin

Goku loses in sheer power, and it's not like Goku will be able to fight at full power anyway. He will first fight in his base form and then get one punch destroyed because goku always underestimates his enemies and fights at his weakest first. Because he dies with the first blow, he's not able to go SSJSS.

And even if he somehow survives the blow, he will just power up to SSJ1, because that's how he rolls and then will get serious punched and explode into gibs.

There is a difference between ki and "life force"

Ki is meta-physical. It's the energy your body can produce and expend. It's actually proven when Goku and Beerus have a ki blast battle, and it sends out the exact same shockwaves that their punches were spending.

Where as "spirit" energy it what makes the "spirit bomb" so powerful. It's literally the energy of life. Sure some are bigger than others but it's not the same as a ki blast. it's life. That's why people got so exhausted when giving away their energy, it was literally sucking the life out of them. Where as Ki would've just made them tired, the spirit bomb was in a way almost killing them.

And even if we take what you said is true, the point is that Beerus used less effort, and therefore less energy, to cause more damage then Saitama. just accept it. Saitama is weaksauce compared to Dragon ball super.
