Okay, so Part 4 starts in 2016. Assuming it runs for 24 episodes, stops, then resumes in summer for 24, it'll finish in 2017. Part 5 would start in spring 2018, run for 24 episodes, take a break until summer 2019 and finish in 2019. That'd make 6 start in 2020 and finish in 2021, with 7 starting in 2022.

I guess I did fuck up my math but not in the way you had me thinking, so we'd see people's reactions in 2021. This is all assuming they follow the same schedule for Part 3 for all of the parts, of course. I can't calculate Part 7's airing schedule because it's weird to figure out how they're going to adapt it since it switched to a monthly publication.

Also Diver Down could kind of store his energy their, and mess with things in weird ways like moving the opening of a bottle or being able to tank damage. Other stands don't really "dive" and swim about, they're just sort of intangible and float about in there maybe touch a few things with their hands but that's it.
