I don't know if this is anything helpful and I'm sorry if it's misleading. But the clues leading to Livingston, "The haze is there for a reason", and "the child is at the bottom, but you have to look at the motion of the north" made me wonder if there was something interesting to find on Maps. And I just stumbled upon this hazy area on Maps north-northwest from Livingston. Maybe some covered up area that could be of interest? Sorry again if it's just misleading, you have done a great job so far!

Thinking about it some more, if OP = Alabamanon, and claims to find stuff in Woodstock Alabama, while also posting coordinates to a place close to Woodstock Virginia, it would seem like both locations are chosen intentionally. This makes it unlikely that OP messed up on the coordinates initially and ended up sending us to Virginia accidentally. I don't think the coordinates in Virginia were a mistake. However, if I enter them they send me south of Blackstone, not to Joe's Crabshack, Woodstock, or Dylwin.

This was clearly taken in the same place that alabamanon took his pics. The foliage is the same, ground is slightly damp, it's all very similar
Appears to be blonde females hair, maybe from a wig, though I don't think so as at the base it looks slightly wet and matted which you typically get from sweat, body oils, or blood, suggesting it was ripped/cut off
Beneath that is the base layer of a mammals fur, probably a possum. I recognise it from when I've seen dogs and cats kill possums and tear their fur out, they leave it in piles like this.
