I have similar feeling sometimes. Sometimes I go to to sleep and in mid or late dream I would take control but i can't wake up . it feels as if I'm being suffocated and that I'm parilized.Im always able to pull myself out right in time though. For the most part I'm terrified the next time im going to be unable to get back to reality . IDK what it means .
