I'm looking for a certain picture that's similar to this one. It's a black-and-white photograph of a hallway within a hospital from the '50s or '60s, and it features doctors ominously standing outside of each door. The only other detail I can remember is the fact that the floor consists of those tiles covered in speckles and thin streaks that you usually see in hospitals, schools, and other buildings along the lines of that.

Probably none at all. All your files are in /home/anon; /etc comes before /home (it goes alphabetically) and everything before /etc you cannot touch.
You killed it within a couple of seconds, correct?
Check whether you still have a /bin/bash and a /boot/vmlinuz-something. If you have both, you PROBABLY didn't damage anything.
An easy check is to run `sudo chroot /`. If the resulting root shell is usable and doesn't break on you as soon as you try doing anything at all, you probably still have everything working.

I did those things. All seems well.

The above found one missing doc file, and no other problems. My last full system image was so many months ago though. Sloth and hubris. I've done everything I can think of now. At least the storm is moving on. Here's hoping. Thanks for replying.

a few months ago I remember watching a couple of lecture of a professor about philosophy.
They were various subjects. the videos were 40+ minutes long.
and The person narrating them was already deceased.
The visuals were more still images of galaxies and photos of him standing in front of a class.
slightly bald head but not completely
and I remember in the youtube desciption something saying about all rights being to him and the school lecture he did this for.
and it was an official company that owned his lecture videos. and it was an official youtube page for them I think.
I really would like to listen to these lectures again so I hope someone could help me find it again.
So if someone knows anything about that or know some names I could search myself.

Hey,
I'm looking for a slightly melancholic/depressing slice of life manga/comic/cartoon/anime.
Something with a more or less depressed main character who stumbles through his daily life.
Autobiographic would be alright too.
Basically something like "My Lesbian Relationship with Loneliness" or something like "Depression Comix" but not quite as dark and depressed.

Is there any way of there any way of "outputing" 1920x1080 image through a VGA cable from a notebook that has a 1366x768 screen? I'm trying to use a 1080p monitor to use this notebook, and there is a option to change to 1920x1080p in the settings, and while it makes the windows and some stuff look crisper, everything stays really big, because it's coming from a 1366x768 monitor, and you can't change any game to 1920x1080, so everything looks blurry.
The graphics are integrated, it's some generic intel HD graphics I think, it was a cheap notebook so I'm not expecting much, all it says in the driver settings in intel HD graphics, but if I had to guess I think it's the intel hd graphics 4000, and I'm not using any kind of hdmi converter, it's connected directly with a VGA cable.

Just a warning, if you look up drumstep on youtube you will end up finding a lot of electro drumstep which isn't the same thing. DESU Comaduster is the only artist that sounds like that.
From listening to other songs made from that band the songs tend to sound more industrial than the particular song you posted. Only odd thing about that band you posted is the upbeat vocals. Most of the time they tend to use harsh vocals.
