I use this, Proctosedyl rectal cream. Don't pay attention to the packaging, it's bound to not be the same everywhere, just get something that's called that if you can. I used it a bunch of times and it works wonders (don't use it too much because it can cause heart/circulatory system conditions). The trick is to use it at the first sign of hemorrhoids: if you feel an itch you have no choice but to prod your asshole to check if a hemorrhoid ''bubble'' has formed. Refer to image below for how much cream you need for each application. If the bump is small (i.e. no larger than a BB and that's already kinda big) I typically use it just once and see if it goes away, which it usually does. If it's bigger and/or painful, don't be stupid and go to the doctor. I mean you should go anyway but whatever.
Clean your ass well and regularly, especially if you live somewhere sweaty and before applying the cream. What you gotta do with the bump is to try and push it back to where it came from with your finger: if done at the first sign of itching this can potentially prevent hemorrhoidal bumps from forming in the first place. This can imply having to put the tip of the finger you're using partially in your butt. It's not pleasant but it's recommended. Make sure your hands are clean, especially nails. The nails can cut and that's gonna make matters worse so keep that in mind.
Other tips, make sure to eat fiber rich food so you can shit more easily: if your dumps are too large/hard they risk to cause tiny tears which from what I understand are the main cause of hemorrhoids. Drink a lot of water. When you wipe your ass the TP's gotta be gentle: there's some types that feel like downright paper. That's bad. Try to use softer, more gentle TPs to avoid chafing. Oh and you should also be less sedentary according to doctors
Another thing, personally I shave my ass. I don't know why but I feel like this helps a bit in preventing hemorrhoids but this last part might just be me

Additional notes: 1) I assume you're referring to external hemorrhoids; 2) don't clean your ass TOO often if you're not using JUST water as liquids soaps and shampoos can dry up your asshole and render it more vulnerable to tears and thus hemorrhoids. Personally I just give my ass a quick water rinse, it just works

VP8 is the webm codec with more stability and compatibility. Your video is probably using VP9 or something, so re-do it and use VP8 instead.

Yeah, ffmpeg switched to default VP9 on the webm container some months ago, but 4chan still doesn't accept it. Such a bummer, since it would be a far superior codec.

Anyway, download a handy tool like MediaInfo to check what you actually encoded.

cos(2x) = cos^2(x) – sin^2(x) = 1 – 2 sin^2(x) = 2 cos^2(x) – 1

Cos(2arccos1/2) = -1/2
