I don't speak japanese either. I use a forwarding service (shipping + service costs 3000 yen total about 30 USD). The fun part is that R cards can be as cheap as 10 yen a piece, which is about a dime.

This might look expensive for 9400 yen (94 usd) but shipping to the forwarder was 640 (6.4 USD) and literally half the price of the cards I bought were in Cordelia, Altenna, Lyn and mRobin. The rest were less than 500 yen (5 usd).

Is +Spd Hector a meme or is it actually good?

Apparently it helps him avoid getting doubled by a decent chunk of units between 29-32 speed, most notably: Ike, Palla, Roy, Eliwood (w/o Axebreaker), Young Tiki, and Raigh assuming they all have neutral speed.

Ive been using my -spd +def with LaD2, Desperation and Threaten speed, works ok for the most part, with the HP seal, tacos and other archers have a hard time one shotting her so I can safely use her to bait them, and be put in desperation range, its not the best, Fury merged Lucinas and ryomas can sometimes survive her if theyre +res and their merges give them extra res, Nowis, Azuras and Ninians are what she cant kill without the threaten
