HOLY FUCK I FIXED IT

To anyone running Wine 2.0+ or Wine-staging, when running RPGMaker games you'll crash either at startup or after pressing anything on the title screen.
I've confirmed this happens on both, and with a bunch of different games, you'll know you have this problem if not only do they crash, but running them in terminal also gives the messages in the screenshot (the two GSTREAMER lines) when they crash.

The way to fix this, is to open your package manager (Synaptic for me since I use Linux Mint 18), search for GSTREAMER packages, and UPDATE the ones you have. The packages pertaining to audio (Alsa, Pulseaudio, etc) don't need to be updated, but the rest ("Base" set, plugins, libraries, etc) need to be UPDATED. No need to install every single one you see, just update.

I can't tell you which ones specifically fix this issue, I just updated the ones that looked important, but it fixed the problem and got those games running again, posting here for future documentation.

Alright boyos! After following the guide and making some changes to it, I managed to finish Lulu Farea!

I made some savefiles , they're all labelled but just in case you don't understand, the first is the Normal Ending, just start the fight with Farea and let things play out (you'll lose). The Second one is the True Ending where you win, and the third is a save from the Gallery so you can watch all the scenes.

I think they should be added to the prepackaged game's save folder, but honestly it's up to you guys, here they are:

Well, it still needs effort to clear all the way to floor 60. Personally though, I'm not a fan of skipping, but sometimes games are frustrating, or you run out of patience and think "fuck it, I'll just watch the endings and fap to the scenes" and that's why they're for.
