Caligula is a really good game on top of being a vita exclusive. Not sure why people that have not played it are shitting on it. A lot of the performance issues were fixed with a patch, although you do get weird clipping now and then with the camera. The game play is amazing, anyone that says it's bad without giving a reason is just parroting. I highly recommend it.

My complaints are that the bosses fights are too easy because their level growth is too small between each bosses and normal enemies can be your nightmare.
Also level correction, which greatly affects accuracy. Challenging enemies 3 levels above you? Make sure your accuracy high enough or use buff, else it's one sided slaughter.

I know I'm asking a mildly biased group but is there any reason to buy the english switch version of puyo puyo tetris instead of importing the vita version? I played the demo and the built in switch controls just don't feel as good as the ubisoft or psp mini tetris games on vita.

Soul Sacrifice. Played a bit of the original when it was on plus, didn't like how it played and didn't like how it looked. These days I would probably get the gameplay better but the aesthetics still wouldn't be something what I would like to play. Or those dark stories that people seem to love.

Many nations have different rating boards, surely you knew that. EU has their own, which is probably that orange thing you're referring to. That's PEGI rating. Australians have their own, Germany has their own because they have a bit different rating system due to history.
