Rather than rely on a combo to set up turn 6 as my only threat, I'd rather have a backup play for when my snakes get cleared on t8-t9 (basically how sage+oto forces you to clear every oto field) and just settle for a t6 temptress on a bad roll.

Maybe I'm just stupid or in denial, but thinking about it, Nep may be worse overall due to Dragon's lightning blast, but that doesn't constitute the deck being completely "dead." Besides the Dragon matchup, what really got much, much worse for the deck? Just because someone carries 3 Odins in their deck doesn't mean they're going to have it every single game. Haven shits on Shadow 90% of the time anyway, so that's not a big change. Certain Nep builds can actually challenge Dshift, so that's not any different either. Maybe things won't be that bad.

Mord is better in every way besides having 3 less attack and jobbing to banish.

You can get multiple mords out from one initial and he can clear multiple enemies a lot easier. He also combos with a ton of shit ranging from destruction to card draw while aegis is just a 8/8 beatstick.

right now shadow almost instantly wins against dragon and cblood.

those 2 classes are getting very good cards which should make it closer to 50%, i wouldn't be surprised if it actually tips the other classes favor. the banishcaust is very strong, as is ouro. serpents are good and khawy can be a double edge sword if he heals you to full so that you can instantly lose to mary+azazel.

combine that with dirt becoming more prevalent and you have a class that loses its good matchups while its counters become stronger.

now, my shadowportal reset when i was making the deck and when i recreated it i forgot about revelation, got two free slots and eventually put airjammers there. they would be great to drop unica/bellringer (who cares of baphomet at that point), but revelation is better
