The Churchill III is still a good tier 5 premium. It won't pad your stats like a Skorpion will, but it's a premium that costs NINE DOLLARS and that farms EXP and credits very easily while training up a Russian heavy crew. Russian heavies are the first line a new player should go down, so there's nothing wrong with recommending the Churchill III to new players. Someone who has no premiums, hasn't spent a shitload of money on the game, and isn't committed to playing this game for the next several years should NOT buy an overpowered tier 8 premium just because it's overpowered. It's slow and has a terrible reload. The sides are easy to pen if you're not retarded, and the lower plate is huge. Just deal with retards in the 252 like you do with retards in the IS7. Aim at the sides above the tracks and below that top side plate. Take advantage of the shitty reload to track it in place and get around. Bait the shitters into taking horrible shots, and so on.

Every tank can be bullied, stop putting yourself in situations where the 252 has the advantage. You sound like the retards that complain about tank destroyers every time they push linear corridors.

I just started a few weeks ago and turns out I chose the wrong line of tanks, seems like German tanks and especially the line I chose is fucking horrible at high tiers.

I thought I would be in a invincible lumbering behemoth like the Tiger was irl, but I just ended up with a cardboard box with shoot me written all over it. I am very disappointed, the wiki said that it was competitive up to tier 9, but I guess I'm not that good. The Tiger doesn't really go with my aggressive game style.

I just want a tank that I can play aggressively without every goddamn Tank and TD from tier 5 and below being able to perforate my fucking armor, and is well armored and well gunned enough to at least play with higher tiers.

Also your crew matters more than the tank. If you rush to a high tier tank with a shitty crew it;ll suck.

thats why new players should start with russian heavies because they are very forgiving in their play style and will teach you basic game mechanics

You know, I don't think the Defender is actually as good as the Patriot or the Skorpion. The Defender will give you better results if you're yellow or green, but for a good player should be getting better results in a Patriot or Skorpion. The real problem is that it's slightly worse than the Patriot or Skorpion while being absolutely braindead autopilot-mode easy to play, so that even tomatoes can manage a 53% winrate in it if they know how to drive to the correct flank and point their gun at the enemy.

The Defender is like training wheels. Prove me wrong.

Unless you're super unicum overall I doubt anyone would be able to maintain a 60% win rate. Based off of it at first glance, it looks like a support tank. If your team is shit you have nothing to support. You can't carry in that tank, so don't beat yourself up.
