I thought I got VAC banned. Freaked me out because this is my smurf (prime account) that I only use deagle/shotgun on, and I get a lot of reports.

Got kicked from a comp match with this error, couldn't reconnect it just gave me this error again.

Closed game, verified files, still couldn't connect. I'm playing through Wine on Linux, but I've never had this problem before.

How do I fix my fps, /csgog/?

When I launch the game it starts out with 200-250 fps but slowly degrades to 90-150 as the client runs.

All my graphics settings are set to low except for shadows and shaders and I'm running 1280x960 with fps_max 999.

I have a 970 and an i7 4770k plus 16GB of RAM, why is the Source Engine so shitty?
