so I killed grigori, bought the best daggers he had (I think they're some sort of ice daggers, I gave him gold idol) and the best bow he had and got them both to 1star (because I have no other mats to upgrade further)

My tenfold arrow deals less damage than my daggers, is this because my daggers are innately enchanted and my bow was/is not currently buffed?

You shouldn't main magical daggers, ice damage does fuck all to certain enemies and the overall damage to enemies is less for those who are neither weak nor resistant. It's for pacifying every huge monster in the game, it also makes rampages much less in Gorecyclopses and Daimon for example.

So I changed Ghorzoth's inclinations to Challenger/Mitigator/Pioneer.

I'm trying to make him take out smaller enemies during boss fights, then jump-attack bosses in the face, since I don't think climbing is that great on warriors (please correct me if I'm wrong).

I would greatly appreciate if anyone around level 43 would take him out for a spin, and please give me feedback.

I have an old man archer and get at least a few hires everyday. Hovering around rank 1000 give or take but I don't know how reliable the ranking system even is right now since it seems incredibly random.

I'm surprised you don't get more hires as a warrior though, they seem to be lacking since everyone's pawn is a mage or ranger.

Even a sorcerer from lvl 10 to 200 will get that much. With 3 300 you've got enough not to worry about anything, and at that point it's more important to have HP/Stam than a bit more damage.

Nope. It unlocks the best pre-Dragon weapons which you can usually loot in Soulflayer Canyon and other places. The Everfall weapons used to be the best but then DA buffed the reward weapons you get from killing the Dragon so now those are best before BBI.

I've yet to decide who will join me on my glorious attempt to get violated by the Daimon Dong, but I've a slight idea. Still, want to shill me your pawn and see if he/she can help me bring down the faggot?

Who said you had to have a Sorcerer set up with 6 nukes? There's a reason you give them 1-2 quick casting spells, and not fucking buffs.
High Miasma should be part of EVERY Sorcerer's spell selection, at the very least. It's the most versatile spell in their arsenal and incredibly damaging at that. Plus it casts extremely quickly.

The only quick spells you need are Comestion and Miasma. Add in Voidspell, Bolide and Fulmination and you have an empty spot that should be Fire/Holy Affinity.

No, wrong. Wrong wrong wrong. Sorcerers do not use buffs. Those are for mages.
You give your Sorcerer Bolide, Gicel, Seism, Miasma, Voidspell, and either Levin or Fulmination. That's 6 spells right there, 5 of which cover the elemental weaknesses. There's a single enemy in BBI that's vulnerable to darkness, and even then Bolide still does the job well in that fight.
If you want fucking buffs, you hire a Mage. If you want world destruction, you hire a Sorcerer.
Please stop trying to talk like you know anything, neo-/ddg/.

Buy a bunch of liquid vim and stam replenishers so you can just sit on his upper back and hack away. It distracts him so your pawns can do real damage. Having a sorcerer with that ice spell is great since he's weak to ice and he's fucking huge so he gets hit by it a lot. Does a full healthbar of damage almost every time.
