How are those rents going?
>Tips for new players
You can change vocations at level 10 at the Gran Soren inn or BBI.
Character appearance can be changed later on.
You don't need pawns, but they help.

What the fuck is the point of Dark buffs in this game, aside from fighting Grigori?
>Fight Hydra in Everfall
>Wreck it easy, party is all working as a well oiled machine, even though its my 1st encounter besides the story
>Only have to get pawn(s) up twice in the fight
>Entire fight takes only a couple minutes
>PC crashes because I knocked the side of it after going to toilet
>Data wasn't saved
>Fight the Hydra again
>Any time I climb on it it turns around and sticks its heads inside the wall
>Pawns aren't doing shit
>Have to clean up the undead myself so they stop grabbing the pawns
>Sorceror isn't even casting spell, trying to climb on the Hydra instead
>Practically burn through all my healing items keeping the pawns alive
>Reviving them every 20 seconds
>Get caught inside the wall and double tail swiped
>Actually have to wakestone (for shame)
>Eventually kill it after like 20 minutes
Why did my pawns suddenly turn shit?
Why did its AI suddenly decide, fuck you, the wall is my home?
I'm almost annoyed.
>run out of stamina while spamming an Ogre's ass with abilities
>ran out of stamina items
>see Ogre turning towards me
>my pawn bashes her shield
>Ogre turns around
This is very significant when you get one-shot on Hard Mode
I just want to add war cry to look baller, the sword launchboard thing for fun times, and the double jump for exploration. Everything is pretty easy already apart from that Gorecyclops. Fuck him
>tough green man rather than an orc
Alright, but HOW?
Is it his face? Is it the beard?
I mean I can't really make him any more huge.
lazily reposting this
not the guy, but doesn't that make the pawn run after ranged fighters?
also, which inclinations are good for a warrior pawn?
Stop crying and understand that the pawn rents are still not working correctly for many people
Added my Youmu pawn in the sheet, she is still in training obviously but up to now people seem to give her full stars each time. Hope it will help you in your fights
>modding the game
Enjoy getting shadow banned.
Not sure what that anon means but it's a really good Orc for the limited tools you have
I hope he has a ridiculously bassy voice to back it up, too
What level is he, by the way?
Would you hire this pawn /ddg/?
Not too bad actually. Full green connection 80% of the time and only a handful of disconnects in a span of a week.
There's a method to not need a VPN but I haven't seen the guide yet.
so my save file decided to go JUST
i'm not going to grind again for magick archer and going to use CE for the shitty stats. would my pawn get banned from it?
35 in the nexus, about to be 39 once I finish deciding which of these four I'm going with.
Hey ddg. I am looking for qt range damage dealer around level 33
also why is my girl never gets hired? Is the skillset wrong?
>make what I thought was a fairly typical swordmaiden pawn, pretty but not exactly glamorous
>shit finally starts working today, prepared to be ignored in the crowd
>mfw 60+ hires
>mfw 600k+ rift crystals
>mfw people complaining about no hires
I didn't take into account that she would be an oasis for people wading through the endless amount of manfaced musclegirls and "ironic" loli warriors.
Now that is a fucked up looking kid. Its like Charlie Sheen and Benedict Cumberbatch had a kid and it got cancer and malaria at the same time.
>at least 3 nukes for maximum spell syncs, though some prefer avoiding Maelstrom's blindness
>a quick cast (Levin, Ingle, Miasma)
>support spell (High Voidspell, Lassitude)
>Tends to rush into battle headfirst against strong enemies. Engages the strongest foes first, increases climbing.
optimal choice for sorcerer senpai
time to get sum potions and fix it
>open a chest
>get swallowed by a maneater
>rental pawn says "Nevermind the beasts, I'll take the loot."
>proceeds to leisurely open up chests not 5 feet away while I'm being alive
Never before have I brine'd a shitter so hard.
After those bland three star no gift hires, it feels good to finally get a nice one.
5 Stars all around and a bottle of red wine.
Can you not rotate the camera whilst grappling onto an enemy in the photo mode?
I wanted to rotate this shot to get a better view because me and all my pawns where hacking away while it flew around, but i couldn't rotate the camera so I have this crap.
It was my first Griffin kill and it was hype as fuck
Fighter with Scather/Utilitarian with a bit of Mitigator.
y/n? I feel like there's not enough Utilitarians for it to be actually useful as a secondary inclination though.
Tippity-top taste anon. She on the pawn sheet?
>Renting seems to tentatively work
>My healer waifu has been coming back with 4's and 5's
t-though i hope they are gentle with her..
I just settled for a trophy photo afterwards. Shame about the head clipping through the ground.
>switch to Sorcerer for a while
>switch my pawn to Warrior
>he keeps growling, making me think that a chimera is coming at us
>finally overcome the fear and go exterminate some feminist cunts
>look behind me
Man, I remember my first Griffin kill in the Bluemoon Tower quest
>That Griffin assault on the gallery
>Opening gates while escaping
>The tower crumbling
>Night has fallen
>Rain and thunderstorm approaching
>Fight the griffin on top of bluemoon tower
>All the city guards there with me
>Must have fought that fucker for 20 minutes
>Finally kill the griffin
>Rain is over, sun begins to set
The weather is probably scripted as fuck but holy shit I loved it.
>been going mostly blind into the game
>after 25 hours check the wiki around a bit
>find out i've locked myself out of a whole area and whole bunch of quests because i didn't backtrack at the beginning of the game
I fucking hate it when games do this shit.
So should I intterrupt Mercedes' duel with Julien? Letting him get away with treason to protect her honor sounds gay.
It is quite hard to get a good shot sometimes. I wish there was a mod for more camera controls when you are in a photo-menu.
The best outcome is to wreck his shit and then use a Wakestone on him. He then admits defeat and turns himself in.
Mercedes will whine about being shit at everything, but it's better than letting her lose, which is what will happen if you don't help her.
One thing I've noticed you might want to keep in mind of you're a mage or sorc is that casting magic at Julien somehow makes him win the fight in the following cutscene. I had to unequip my staff and punch him to death to get the right cutscene to trigger.
>You weren't one of the many that have their pawn hires working
Hard Mode for my very first playthrough was a mistake.
>trudge through the game dying like 300 times, but never give up and keep trying
>had to restart the duo cyclops fight in the keep with all the goblins, the duke's men that you need to protect and the ballistas firing at you like 50 times alone
>finally get to the dragon
>like 7 health bars
>all of his attacks literally kill me in one hit
>im an assassin
>whenever I climb up to his heart he just does the ground slam move with one of his claws and kills me instantly
This is hell
I've restarted so many times on this dragon now
The fucking cutscene is starting to piss me off why isn't the save AFTER the cutscene
I have no idea how I'm supposed to go through 7 health bars while playing FLAWLESSLY without getting hit a single time, the most I've managed has been about 3-4
>gets arrested for treason
>5 minutes later there's a quest on the notice board
>he wants to be escorted to the greatwall
no surprised he broke out of prison, i've done it like 5 times myself
It's mostly been a warrior and fighter, thought trying ranger. Wouldn't really wanna bother going for a caster, even though there is always need for a healer.
Because there ain't enough jewtits-looking dolls around.
>make myself green
>decide to keep Ghorzoth dark green
>the bright green doesn't look so bad
Oh well, I can get the secret of metamorphosis in post-game.
That sticks around in NG+ right?
he gets even harder when gets low on health, I almost died 3 times and ran out of curatives trying to land the final blow
hit his feet and don't climb him, that's what I did
>people actually checking inclinations
Steam ID: MDrDeathC
Is this a good setup for a Main Pawn? Arisen is an Assassin. Trying to train her to be mobile artillery and to cripple big enemies ASAP, like taking off a Chimera's tail and shooting a Cyclops' club-hand.
I guess if anyone is looking into the bright green skin pigment, this is what it looks like in night and day.
I keep getting her hired but she only gets rotten food. I only have one DD friend but I made a home video of me throwing her pawn off a roof into the gutter so I don't think he'll help.
I can't believe I'm actually getting a few hires.
Glad I didn't go for loli pawn after all.
So what happens if I make my pawn Scather/Mitigator?
Anyone tested it out yet?
>no pawn hires
>still 2 in total
She's got great stats, she's rank 10 in her vocation, she looks good and she's got optimal inclinations. I don't get it. Is it because she's brown?
Rather than the charge one or what? She uses the charge one to take out magic users at distance.
Gotcha. I thought that Trajectory might help for having a flat shot indoors, like shooting skellymages on rafters.
More are always appreciated, too. Steam ID: Ruskia
>Is it because she's brown?
Your pawn is only gonna get hired by people who literally don't give a shit and 4chan NEET's who love "muh brown waifu".
Normies don't like niggers.
Inclinations can be overriden with command-spam. You can't change vocation and shit skills, though.
Reminder that Scather is a shit Inclination 99% of the time.
I expected it to work like
>oh shit son it's a cyclops with a bunch of hobgoblins
>pawn fucks goblins up
>proceeds to kick the shit out of the cyclops
So instead it's going to be
>oh shit son it's the cyclops
>pawn is hugging cyclops armored legs while I have to throw goblins around
Well he does keep saying they're masterworks all and I can't go wrong.
Most are probably looking for fighters or mages at the start of the game.
>login this morning
>pawn comes back
>5 star ratings
Why? Also it's sorta cool my pawn is nearing top 1000. Makes me a proud parent.
I still haven't went to the Duke after the Wyrm Hunt quests but my escort quest for Mercedes has disappeared.
The wiki says that I can get her affinity maxed up after meeting the Duke and that will make her escort quest appear again.
Is it true, or did I miss this quest too?
I just don't seem to be getting hires for my pawn. She's well-trained, Scather/Challenger, but it seems like all I'm getting is a couple of generic 3 star reviews which mean she probably died.
It's tough, being the parent of an unloved giant warrior woman.
>tfw broke because I keep buying gear for a million vocations
I've only gotten 1 measly hire on my stout Dwarf Fighter. Starting to think that gear is the issue, he's got Scather/Challenger and all the right abilities but I'm level 50 and only just finished Come to Court so armour isn't great yet.
Is that Aelersa? I had her all the way through Grigori, but I sent her back while pawn sharing was still down.
I really love the look of armors in this game. Too bad I don't enjoy playing warrior that much
best inclination for a ranger pawn?
The ring probably doesn't work if you've got any of the big character quest lines finished.
It's the thought that counts here though.
>play as strider/assassin
>every mob gangs up on me through my casters and warrior
>switch to warrior
>feels oddly easy
>run into a chimera, escort dies
>try to get killed for retry
>mfw can't get killed because the fucking thing just ignores me and attacks pawns I'm not near at
Warrior being true easy-mode confirmed?
>Hire a slut pawn
>send her back with 1 star everything and a Hoe
Not even once.
>tfw someone reposted my arisen
let me just finish my quest and then I'll look up the sliders
>hire a loli
>send her back with one stars
>Godsbane as a gift
They tend to stop charging their nukes and then proceed to buff you. It's really annoying once you get to BBI.
Aneled weapons are okay in the beginning but get outclassed pretty quickly.
How much should I spend from my 5k Gold to equipment at Cassardis? Is armor / weapon a frequent loot from bandits and whatnot?
I just don't want to waste my money on stuff that I'll likely find on some random enemy 2 minutes from the starting location.
Yeah, it's me. I didn't get your RC, sadly. ;_;
Lost a few other people's as well and I don't think they're going to come back...
>times main pawn hired: 5
and now that I have shitty equipment I doubt he'll get hired in BBI
money is just meant for health items(not really imo), weapons, and armor. Just buy it. Anything is better than the Rusty shit,
until you dragonforge that shit and they become godlike
Hey guys would you please add me and rent my Casca? Ill rent your pawn too and play for some hours, no problem
I can also change vocation or spells if you want
Daimon was a lot harder than I remember him being. Guess I really do need some better weapons. Or I could just pop Perries constantly.
Also I wanna hire you but your level is 2high.
I'll probably grab you along for BBI when I get to it.
Guys the spoopiest fucking thing just happened.
>playing DDDA while on skype
>for some reason can barely make out who friend on skype is but sounds familiar so whatever
>keep playing while scratching my back
>conversation switches to why I'm so itchy, friend doesn't respond
>weirded out and scared I ask"dude you okay?"
BIG FUCKING MISTAKE
>hear "YOU NEED TO MOISTURIZE ARISEN!" from behind me (in a really angry voice. Seriously it was fucking wrathful as fuck, it chilled my fucking blood.)
>turn around in shock
>it was Rook the entire time
>he was holding a giant bottle of moisturizer and swings at me with it like he would with a goblin
I'm sorry Rook ;_;
Damn, well I'm almost to Daimon 2.0, so I'll take her along when I start farming.
He'll be at 71 for a while. He's got a DF'd Hallowed Dragon so his magick stat's already around 2500.
Is Challenger/mitigator good for ranger pawns?
She still tries to hack enemies with daggers once in a while for whatever reason even though i was using ranger for a few hours and only sniped enemies to show her an example.
>Trying to use a bow in the Everfall with a weapon buff
Fuck whoever decided buffs needed to be this bright when half the game world is so dark
so its my first playthrough and im having trouble picking which class to play
i really like the look of the fighter because sword and board is a lot of fun, but during the tutorial i had tons of trouble hitting flying enemies and the fighter didnt seem like it could do ranged combat
am i gonna fuck myself over by playing warrior or can they get ranged abilities later?
Maybe I'll set her to fighter for a while. I don't know how I feel about 2 fighters in the party though, and I have to teach her the ropes. She's strong as shit and does the most damage in the party as she is, but if nobody is hiring her I have to change something for those crystals.
i sent my friend this earlier
>meant to be the Tank
>doesnt have a block button. fighter is a better tank than warrior because they have a shield which mitigates damage altogether
>they dont have a roll like the dagger classes at all
>warriors have no way of not taking damage at all
>have only One weapon unlike other classes besides Magic classes
>unlike the magic classes which have two sets of Skills, the warrior only has one set of skills, 3 skills altogether
>no skills to hit airborne enemies
warrior is suffering. struggler.
play on hard mode
Does a pawn learn to use skills/combos from a vocation while playing as a different one? If I'm Sorc and my pawn is Strider, will the pawn know proper Sorc skill use if I switch him later?
>summon pawn named Lepawnjames
I don't understand you people
So what the fuck do I do now brehs? I'm level 40 and the last main quest I did was the catacomb shit, spoke to another Arisen bro who got me doing some quest that I did.
I went to bluemoon but couldn't get past a locked door.
> Come home
> Start game
> Pawn hired by 8 people
> 200 000 RC
What fucking area? I haven't backtracked at the start either but didn't see anything fail?!
>Beat Daimon even though he sucks up all of my pawns. Costs all curatives in progress
>A fucking firedrake that I can't even scratch invades my serene area
I need a new weapon! Dragon's dogma isn't cutting it no more!
that's not spammable. It is in my opinion one of the best skills in the game though. The second hit can stunlock those gore cyclops and other bosses with the right equipment. Then you jump cancel the third attack for a jumping light attack because that's the warrior's best and fastest move. You better have that strider 30%+ air attack augment equipped just for that alone too.
Oh right, I forgot: I sent back Vincent and Pirotess, so you guys should rest up. Hopefully you got a lot of riftbux because I took them through all 3 stratums of BBI.
Blue has also been updated with far better gear, so anyone who has her
lolmight want to update her.
stop posting your rents, be considerate of those whose pawn is still broken
I am becoming disillusioned of my warrior pawn (not because she's not good, she performs very well for me, but no-one seems to want to hire her). I don't really want to make her a fighter, and it would feel silly making her something completely different when she's huge. Perhaps I should just start over.
I picked up a Mage who's pretty much all support and she's got a staff (Legion's Might) that revives herself when she goes down and it's so fucking useful. However she's like 20 levels below me now so I'm wondering if I should ditch her for another support pawn.
But that staff has been too useful though. Do people at higher levels still use that staff?
It helped me through Ur-Dragon just because I didn't have to go save her ass every 10 seconds like every other pawn.
Looks like I made my mage a little too aggressive in her talking.
I want her to be a bit spunky when she falls and stuff, but during combat I don't want her talking shit about how we survived thanks to her. I mean her fire invoking is the shit, but still... It comes off too arrogant.
Sorry, morning routine.
Well, in the case of Yellows >>129086415 pretty much covers it.
You can make an argument for Blues benefiting from Scather, but in my experience it's indistinguishable from Mitigator or Challenger at best, and at worst detrimental; the only times I've seen Blues climb is when they're either a Scather, or simply have no good element-specific spells to cast (all-Fire magic Blue vs. a Firedrake, for example).
>not paying attention
>skeleton niggas double cast the tornado in a tiny bbi room
>spam Dragon's Maw nonstop
>use mushrooms when i run out of stamina
>live through the tornados because of invincibility
Dire Drakes have obscene amounts of physical defense. I'd advise actually using Conqueror's Periapts when fighting them otherwise you'll be stuck doing fuck all damage.
Damn, that's a shame. I was looking for a couple of new pawns to take with me into my first run of BBI 2.0 on this character, and a Warrior would've been perfect.
>you can change vocations at the encampment
Not liking how the loot works in this game. Finding chests deep inside of dungeons feels really unrewarding so far. Like I clear out a tough room of enemies and theres a big high quality chest in the back, and its got a regular sword in it that I can buy from the vendor.
Not sure if this gets better or not, cause I've only just gotten to Gran Soren.
Completely new to the game. I understand that your pawn learns from you. I want to play a pure fighter/warrior with a magic casting pawn, how do I go about this without my pawn becoming completely retarded and charging at ogres and shit with a wooden staff.
Is there any fiction that has a cooler dragon than Grigori?
Also how does the "one you hold most dear" work? I got Selene and her head height is at my massive niggers dick height. Is this legal in Gransys?
>quest to give selene herbs
>go to the forest
>shes not at her house
Do I need to go during the night or is she out roaming?
You guys don't actually hire male pawns, right?
Who ever hired my pawn thanks for the rock bruh I will treasure it always as my first hire gift.
How are people not getting their pawns hired? Maybe you shouldn't speed through the game like an autist? I've been taking my time and my pawn has been getting the shit rented out of her in the level 14-20 range.
>hit the ground so hard it crashes dragons dogma
They'll pick up specific habits from you, but they'll also learn to act according to their Vocation based on generic Foe Knowledge and the Inclinations you set them on.
For best results set them as Utilitarian/ x, where x can be Challenger, Mitigator, or arguably, Scather..
You can set your Pawns Inclinations after completing the Main Quest event at the Encampment, by buying the relevant Elixirs from a Pawn named Johnathan.
my pawn is green, did I fuck up?
Many people are still experiencing the bug/cooldown period
Would you rent this ranger? Or should I go the female riftslut route if I want riftbux?
I'm actually very neutral.
Was just a file on the nexus. (single file) Have the old one in backup, if it persists, I'll revert it, but I have had other people rent my pawn and give me up to 14k RC so far which was pre level 20. this one was just weird it gave me all 5s but no Rc.
No. Fighter and Strider are unarguably better than their "advanced" upgrades. Fighter is godly, and Strider absolutely demolishes ranger (outside of explosive bolt cheesing).
Mage isn't better than Sorc in terms of damage, but a mage in a party full of damage is better than a sorcerer because of anodyne.
>it starts learning from your computers data
>taking on the drake before Grigs to measure party
>manages to corrupt my strider pawn
>I'm a strider too
>turns into a fight against my clone for a moment
That was fun. Sent the mage packing. Medican't primary was doing her no good. Kept the amazing fighter I've had for a while.
>refreshed the fighter
>rate 5 stars all, gift conqueror's periapt
>I've marked you a favourite!
>hire her again
I hire regardless of gender as long as the pawn is good. Neo-/ddg/ disgusts me.
>Would you rent this ranger?
Not without any of the important information like WHAT THEIR INCLINATIONS ARE, WHAT THEIR SKILLS ARE, ETC ETC
Holy fuckballs will you cunts STOP asking that question?
Dragon forge the bow you get from grigori and you can stomp all over bbl and UR even at lv 50 with shitty stats
>everything is in one fuckhuge menu that you have to scroll through
What were they thinking?
>and Strider absolutely demolishes ranger
I'm not sure if this is true, but it also isn't necessarily wrong.
not that guy but the strider air attack augment plus skull splitter or whatever kills everything. Faster than hundred kisses and their 5 shot too. Of course nothing beat explosive 10 shot though
I also hire regardless of gender as long as the pawn is good. But almost every worthwhile blue/yellow is female.
Useful tip!: Magick cannon also blocks enemy projectiles!
Skull splitter, fracture dart. Ranger has strong longbow abilities, but overall Strider is objectively better. Take this from someone who had a Strider pawn in full BBI back on 360. A lot of people had strider pawns simply for fracture dart and skull splitter. If they could properly use ensare there wouldn't even be a consideration for ranger.
I'd rental him, he's cute, but know most won't.
>Fighter and Strider are unarguably better than their "advanced" upgrades.
This is untrue. Ranger is superior to Strider in terms of single-attack damage, range and crowd control due to Reaper's Arrow, Endecad Shot and the fact that Longbows are generally stronger weapons. Strider's power comes from the fact that skills like Brainsplitter are very strong and can be further boosted with a specific augment.
Fighter and Warrior are the same. Fighter is not superior to Warrior, but they excel at different things. Fighter has the shield, a gap closer and Dragon's Maw, while Warrior has massive single-attack power in the form of Arcs and Lashes. Warrior also, like Ranger, has superior crowd control power due to their weapons having much higher stagger/knockback and having longer range. Warrior also has the advantage of being able to use blunt weapons, something Fighter can't do.
You people need to stop stating your opinions as if they're fact, because 90% of what neo-/ddg/ says is wrong.
Well that's all why I said it's not necessarily wrong. Still, it's difficult to match the sheer DPS of Blast Tenfold.
Then again, that's more of a player strat. I do, for the record, prefer Strider Pawns overall.
Blast Tenfold is great and all, but it's not something you're using in every area on every fight. You use it to cheese a boss because you can. You use Strider pawns because they're consistently better in every scenario. It's actually stupid how strong they are.
My own. I don't think I've every liked anyone else's ENBs. Some are pretty close but need tweaking.
>he's never seen a ranger pawn send an enemy flying 50 feet backwards with a single shot
>he's never seen a ranger pawn literally stunlock things 100-0
Untrue. There were some absolutely stellar Warrior pawns on PS3 back in the day.
>my shotaboi sorceror finally got rented
I went into this game blind so I honestly didn't know the pawn game was going to be such a popularity contest. Heck I didn't realize other people would be seeing my pawn at all.
Anyways thanks for the tips on loadout and whatnot.
Memes aside I find Scather wholly useless, unless you're going to give your Pawn Warcry for aggro control, and even then I'd go with something else.
Whirlwind is just a bad single-target Skill that you could easily replace with something better.
I updated the script and included a "quicksave" hotkey.
Control+Alt+F will enable borderless fullscreen for 1920x1080 screens
F5 will save your game
M will open your map
C will open your equipment
J will open your quest log
Clicking the middle mouse button will send an F key press. Useful for archers.
I've also included instructions for using the script for those people not familiar with autohotkey.
>20 hours in
>still haven't killed a griffon
>saw one flying overhead but it disappeared
>one landed infront of Gran Soren but flew away
Thousand Kisses, Cutting Wind, and Skull Splitter. You can take out Cutting Wind if you really want, but there's not much else that their AI can comprehend (see: ensnare/implicate -- they'll just spam it) or that's very useful. For bow abilities I think my pawn had fracture dart, fivefold, and downpour. I don't remember if I had both fracture and downpour, though. It doesn't really matter because I would recommend dragonforged rusted bow because most of their damage comes from climbing and skull splitter anyways.
No need to be so defensive
Its the same as Vanillas lighting tone.
When I make an ENB I aim for better contrasting between light and shadow. I don't light fucking with the color and DoF.
get a load of this criminal
Do saves transfer from the pirate>vanilla version bros?
who hasn't gotten any hires yet?
i'll be doing the wyrmhunt quests and some exploring/dungeon crawling later today.
i'm looking for heal/buffmages, fighters and sorcerers at or below lvl 38.
HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR PIRATED SAVE FOR RETARDS:
Download the save file tool (http://www.tzarsectus.com/tools/DDsavetool.rar)
Extract that into a new folder
Copy your pirated save into this new folder. Pirated save location is appdata/roaming/steam/codex/367500/remote/ddda.sav
Open up cmd, Drag the save tool exe into the cmd window, then hit space, type "-u" (No "s), hit space again, and drag the ddda.sav into the window, and hit enter
The tool should then extract the .sav into a text file
Open the new text file up in a text editor (I used notepad+), and ctrl + f steam, and replace the number in there with your steam64 id (Find your steam 64 id on this website https://steamid.co/)
Save that shit.
Then, With the CMD window again, drag the save tool, hit space, type "-r", hit space again, and drag the text file into the window, then hit enter.
It should repack the text file into ddda.sav
Finally, copy that shit to the retail save folder, which is located in steam/userdata/[numbers]/367500/remote
>hire loli pawn
>has a barbarian grown up woman voice
>throw it down a cliff and ditch it
If all you faggots can make is the same generic looking loli pawn, at least give it the high pitched mouse voice.
>be heterosexual male arisen
>cross-dress to dragonforge pawn gear
>have no idea about beloved
>wind up with valmiro
There could be green goblins. You might as well criticize anyone who makes anything that isn't a generic boring waifu/husbando, because there aren't any elves, or orcs, or dwarves, or intelligent red goblins, or even any skin shades between "white" and "Mason".
>receiving a rock
So the people who used our pawns are the ones restoring their profile.
Just did some reading on that.
If I'm not mistaken, if someone restores to an older safe they have they get placed on a trade-ban for 12 hours to 4 days. Everything they send to someone turns into a rock and 0RC.
Any good vocations I should level my pawn as if I want them to be a fighter in the endgame?
Once you get rusted weapons to 3 stars they gain poison and torpor (makes shit go in slow-mo). If you dragonforge your rusted weapon and get it to gold, it has decent enough damage that it'll dent enemies, but being able to downpour on an entire mob of enemies, or practically any boss, and torpor them is absolutely godly.
People seem to not change the default voice ever.
>hire huge femOrc Warrior
>default female voice instead of an actual barbarian type voice
>hire tiny loli
>default female voice instead of an actual girly voice
Or those memers who pick one of the last 4 voices because SO EBIN AND RANDOM HELIUM VOICE LMAO.
Voice 8 fits good with loli pawns.
>Get shot out of the air by a bandit archer for half my life
>Hits me again while I'm still getting up for the guaranteed okizeme
>Respawn back on the other side of the map before I even did the first phase of the Griffin quest.
Yep. I'm done for the night.
>want to hire male pawns and female pawns equally
>50% of male pawns are hideous or joke memes
Trying to decide if grinding for grigori (no quests left) and how
Restart game in hard modo
Already tryed to fight the dragon but I'm too weak for it yet
>rest at inn
>someone hired my pawn
>5 stars in appearance
>gift is Large Nut
>"Always a pleasure."
In Post-Game and I'm trying to find some Portcrystals. I've only found two and I only remember that I got one from the Dragonforged in Knoll's Hill.
I'm looking at the wiki and it says there's one at the Shadowfort cells but they're all empty except a chest which gives shitty loot - and the one at Witchwood isn't there.
Is this for pre-dragon only?
Nobody is dressing their pawn up its awful
>thousands of dlc armor sets
>present characters errywhere
I've found a single mage that I enjoy so far and roided elf
Grigori isn't even hard lad half of his fight is a cutscene its meant to be cool/fun before the game gets hard.
First time here, got the final battle quest and I'm like lvl ~35 (10 fighter/15 warrior/10 magic knight) and I'm doing literrally zero damage to the Saurians outside the temple. Should I grind more? Did I fuck up my character?
>tfw waiting for fournival so I can buy some fucking perries
>go through mods on nexus
one in everfall
one in dark fort
I count that as shooting things
I know man, it's just that when I get to the real fight it feels like I need to hit the heart for hours, managed to get it to half health and died myself, pawns weren't helping much until they realized how to use ballistas but even then the fight was taking forever
I've had the same thing happen to me. You need to bait them out into the open. It's even worse if they back their tail into the wall, every time they rear their head back to strike, they clip through and knock you off.
I made both male Arisen and MainPawn so I do tend to hire 2 female supports to even it out. Occasionally I do bring out the bro squad, but finding male mages healers are difficult since most of that job are taken up by typical loli princess barbie sluts instead.
Why doesn't this game have a manual? I feel like there are some mechanics that need explaining.
