So between the saw cleaver and the hunter's axe, what's my best bet for a level 4 playthrough? Which should I upgrade first? Recommended runes?
I was planning on running through with Yharnam Hunter Set. Does it really matter?
You should probably use both weapons, since one will be better than another depending on the situation. Also clothes will probably not matter since everything past a certain point will instagib you
So the undead giants in ihyll drop decent adept radials to substitute the autism of farming watchers forever.
Is there any boss that drops similar adept triangles? Any glyph?
I'm going to frenzy if I have to treat fatty with care one more fucking time
So I played Bloodborne on launch and went in blind and had a good time not really doing any specific builds and just playing the game at my own pace and having fun. I beat it in like 2 or 3 weeks and then sort of dropped it assuming I'd pick it up again later.
Well a few of my friends got PS4s and want to co-op now and I was thinking this would be a good time to start a new character and play the game again fresh with my friends.
I don't really care about PvP, so what's a good PvE build that I can do for new game and all the chalice dungeons and even maybe a few times into new game plus?
I was thinking of going with the Beast Cutter and Gatling gun for the long range game. How should I arrange my stats. I was thinking of going
Then I was thinking of trying the Boom Hammer and Cannon as a secondary choice
I found a high level skill/bloodtinge build to be the most fun since you have
>church pick for serrated damage
>bowblade to shoot stuff in the head
>evelyn to pair with bone marrow ash
>chikage/bloodletter for general damage if you want to
if you don't have the dlc I'd say pure bloodtinge could be fun too, otherwise try arcane although it's a pain to get the right gems.
Someone help me fight NG+ Amygdala.
Which form of the Cleaver is the better form? My friend is absolutely convinced the expanded version is better since he doesn't like the range on the folded version, but I feel like the folded version's speed and horizontal swing probably make it the better form.
Or should you be using both regularly?
Why is defiled hotdog such a fucking bitch? I've gotten his ass down to less than 10% like 6 fucking times but I always slip up and get one shot before I can finish it.
getting real tired of its shit
Okay, so let's say a guy has a problem with a particular dungeon and you want to help, but you've long since expunged that dungeon. Do you just do quickmatch via SRRC or can you help a guy on layer 3 even though you're on layer 1 of a dungeon?
Base if you're low-level twinking, hardcore 98 autist twinking, or not focusing on melee at lower levels.
15-20 max if you're doing low-end meta PvP.
28-30 if you're doing Reddit 145-tier PvP/PvE
40-50 if the only button you know how to press is R1.
99 for the elite 544 meta.
>Lost connection to server. Returning to main menu"
>Lost connection to server. Returning to main menu"
>Lost connection to server. Returning to main menu"
>Lost connection to server. Returning to main menu"
The fuck does that even mean, just attack the nose? doesn't seem to help much, I've tried it.
Its not that I have that much trouble, its that I slip up and get one shot near the end of the fight, either by his charge or occasionally by an explosion.
Somebody told me to use Ludwig's Blade and it makes the game so fucking easy. I've never fought a boss with it I didn't kill in the first two tries, but I'm not quite done with the game yet. Honestly I'm kind of disappointed.
>Phantom range on the Saw Cleaver's transform attacks
who the fuck let this happen
this fucking garbage is worse than the weebtanas
>normal game Amygdala is one of my favorite boss fights
>chalice Amygdala is one of my most hated experiences in existence
it's incredible how chalice dungeons manage to destroy everything they touch.
I wanted to use the Stake Driver but I didn't have much time to get through the game.
By the way, why doesn't the stake driver get mentioned more often here? It's incredibly fun.
Does the hunter of hunters rune limit your coop/pvp like the vileblood and executioners runes?
it's still an incredibly laborious and long fight that's easy to fuck up.
I liked the story version because he had fairly little HP for that point in the game. It meant you could take some risks and damage him in different ways, and it compensated how if you want to play it safe, there are very few opportunities to attack him. Chalice dungeons seem to completely miss that point and shit all over it.
There's a small chance of your host being blood addled.
I think it's random, because it happend to me earlier and when my host was blood addled, but he wasn't when he re-summoned me.
I give up, maybe it's my internet. Go slash up Rom
I love Magnus but his Lets Play is fucking maddening.
1. He never uses lock-on, he just fights.
2. The only attack he knows is fucking Trick Axe R2 and he spams it over and over.
3. He doesn't know about the stamina bar and gets mad when he wants to attack but can't. He doesn't figure out that with no stamnia you can't attack.
4. He doesn't see the other gravestones to teleport you other than Yharnam.
5. He said he will learn the game on his own and he refuses to read the chat or comments.
info on this webm? looks like the maria room, but the player model looks like it's from DaS2, is this from BB
>5. He said he will learn the game on his own and he refuses to read the chat or comments.
See this is a good thing, unless you're legitimately fucking terrible at videogames and have no ability to learn whatsoever. Some people could have a walkthrough in front of them and still be fucking awful at the game.
Also its alfred's set
Yeah, but at some point if you aren't figuring things out, its probably better to look up at least the basics. Especially if you are playing for an audience. Nobody likes watching someone stumble with the bare basics of a game. Unless thats like the point of it
What weapons do I use for an Arcane build? I currently have a Saw Spear and the Saif as weapons. Planning on trying to grind flat arcs for Burial Blade, even though they said it's shit. Just wanna see it and experiment on other weapons as well.
i can't stand watching letsplayers for this game.
every single one i've bothered looking into does dumb things and/or makes baseless leaps in logic concerning lore and gosh darn it does it make me mad.
>using Augur on Maria
Jesus Christ it was literal tentacle rape. She kept running into them almost like she wanted it.
Man... fucking Darkbeast with its wonky movements. If I lock-on the camera goes apeshit, if I don't then I struggle to hit its skeletal legs.
Loran dungeons are kicking my ass, I imagine I'm going to seriously lose my shit when I start doing Defiled.
>actually watching a black man named Tyrone play your favorite game while you watch instead of play it yourself
>you get upset because he 'won't take your advice on how to play the game and what to do'
>''jj-just treat my favorite game like this, say this to her and do this to her Tyrone''
>''Shuddap white boi Imma do this game how I like and gonna make her my bitch''
>''yessir mr Tyrone, I'll just watch while you play''
is this what's going on anon?
that's gay anon, even gayer than watching a grown ass nigga named tyrone playing a japanese anime videogame, maybe you really need some BBC and less BB if you know what I mean
>decide to help some people in chalice dungeons
>get to a world
>terrible mashup of attire, ludwig's unholy blade
>runs to pre-lamp bonus area
>blank out of there
Watching Tyrone or whatever the fuck his name is, he is utilizing it pretty well.
For Gastapo he used hunters axe transformed charge attack when he was close behind and would end up hitting him anyways
Granted he still lost fucktons of health and got caught on geometry a dozen times but the charge attacks were spot on
Invading Mensis Nightmare at 98:

I guess I can just use my PvE character for PvP now.
>following this guide
>somehow supposed to beat the hot dog with a flame imbued saw spear
What's a cheap alternate?
There's only one right answer to that question, anon.
Then there's also five? IIRC in Cainhurst.
Where are the four in frontier? I know about the large scurrying beast right before Amygdala, but are there any others? My memory is fuzzy.
Then the second one next to the lightning beast and the squids
When you come out of the Elevator short cut, go down to the poison shit, IMMEDIATELY on the left on the wall, next to two small squids, there will be a large scurrying beast.
You can do BBP strats with a +3 phys saw spear even if your scaling stats are garbage. Or this.
You gotta eat your soup to become a strong space slug.
Oh shit, you're right. Thanks, I remember now.
I think I've only got that one on a single playthrough.
Speaking of elevator shortcut, here's a fun video in return: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XaDb8MftwA0&list=PLiYb6m4BDOeAkCrsOP2TSrMaNk5i8QBVq&index=18
How is my doll? Started her last night, don't wanna go too far if its shit.
Le Pacte de Lupe
Brotherhood of the Wolf which in my opinion was one of the most under rated French kung-fu monster movie ever!!
Eyes need to be angled inward a touch more, Plain Doll's got them fox eyes.
She also needs to be paler.
Amygdala (standard, not defiled) and apparently, Headless BLB. I just stayed by his legs and got a good feel for when he was gonna pick 'em up. Killed him first try. I feel like I must have gotten lucky, since I thought he was supposed to be a difficult fight.
Would anyone want to assist in putting His Holiness, Sir Ludwig, to peace? Level 61 at the fog gate, pass bbgwig
>Strength build, up against a Bloodtinge
>Shoot him with gatling gun, he just returns fire with Evelyn for a trade in his favor
>Do this three or four times throughout the fight
>Later on, we're both at about half health
>Start revving gatling gun again
>Immediately swap to cannon and fire
>We trade, he dies
This will never, ever get old.
>Rom's bastard children are in the chalice dungeon
Are you ready for round two, motherfucker?
Well that sucks. I'm mostly disappointed that I need to make a new character since the edgy vileblood waifu I churned out was to my liking. Is Kos Parasite worth trying an arcane build for? If it isn't I'll make another STR build since I cocked up the first one by entering NG+ without a +10 weapon.
Many thanks, spirit Beast Skinner, for letting His Holiness have a swift, but unfortunately painful, death! May he find peace, and you prosperity!
But seriously, you fucked him up like none other I've seen. Thanks a million. Onto using HLMS as my backup.
I don't know why, but I thought that the Kin Coldblood (12) was the highest I could get. Then I stumbled on this baby and it's cool as fuck. I don't want to use it since I have no need for the blood echoes, but does anybody know how much it gives you?
What do you guys think of Lead Elixir in PvP? Do you think it's a cheap tactic? Using it in ganks seems fair but what about if someone uses it in a 1v1 just because you have a fast hitting weapon?
I use it with my Bloodletter. Brador had the right idea. I haven't tried it with any other weapon. I don't think it's cheap, all you gotta do is just back away until it wears off.
Answered my >>128725185 question seconds before I asked it. What does the Old Great One Coldblood give? 50k?
That's good, but I wonder where I'll find it if this one's on the last layer of Great Pthumeru Ihyll? Probably one of those cursed/fetid/rotten chalices, eh?
I can tell you from experience that full AYY LMAO with the Kos Parasite is fun as fuck
what does a Skill build for Rakuyo and/or Saif look like?
Near as I can tell it'd be Lone Survivor and 50/22/10/50/7/7 with a last point for either BLT to use Repeater or into END
Unless I'm missing someone.
needs bigger eyes imo
If you use it with hyper armor weapons like the bloodletter or whirligig, youll fuck people hard. only use it when you know youll win with a combo and trades.
Like use beast roar,
Beast Roar when they come in
Best use I have made of it is back-stepping twice then slugging a lead elixer then hitting L2 with my Rakuyo as a BoM user came in for a dashing R1. He was one hit from death, so a trade meant my win.
That looks manly, yo.
Cute, but the squid is more dark blue-black than pink.
That's good. You'd have 11 Strength due to your origin. If you bring Strength up to 14, it will only cost you two stat points instead of three, since you can switch from Lone Survivor to Military Veteran and drop a point from Arcane. Strength is decent for Saif, though obviously useless to Rakuyo. From there, you can drop end to 20 and grab the last point in Bloodtinge for Repeater.
50/20/14/50/8/6 Military Veteran
50/22/11/50/8/7 Lone Survivor
Repeater is definitely worth it over an extra point in Endurance.
I just don't like the fact that they can just spam dash to catch up.
it's even worse when it's some chikage shitter in a small area and you have BoM. Man is that shit annoying, especially if they don't blood bullet but you know they're just there to pvp.
Anyone feel like Camerabeast coop in lower loran? BL48, pass is Camera.
Ah snap, thanks a bunch. I've been ringing at the lantern.
>24.8/15 gems, but idk if that's worth it. Perfect abyssals are a pain in the ass to farm.
where to farm those. I have korean time
WoS is most of the time not the optimal one, use this http://bloodborne.frontbuffer.com/ to calculate to best spread
I died, but I hope you guys got 'im. And as long as you guys are in the area, I've had trouble with him too if you're willing to help. Will ring by lantern, same password you used.
We rocked it out. Thanks to the both of you.
yeah, side-effect of the incrustation
Still too purple.
Just take a reference image.
Doll loves squid too much to be a cradle-robber.
She'll just have to embark on the creepiest and strangest jailbait wait since Twilight.
Looks closer to the black of the stones in the path it's laying on to me.
But there is probably an age of sexual maturity. And the Doll loves the Hunter too much to put them under any sort of undue stress at such an early stage of their new life.
That's just the moistness of it's skin. Compare it to the doll here for a better idea of it's coloring.
For future reference, the way to calculate whether or not a flat bonus is worth taking over a % bonus is to divide the difference in flat bonuses by the difference between the product of the percent bonuses. Then take the resulting number and divide it by your weapon's ungemmed attack rating. Any attack your weapon has with a multiplier below the resulting number will be optimal with the gem set-up that has the higher flat bonus of the two. Any attack your weapon has with a multiplier above the number will be optimal with the gem set-up with the lower flat bonus. Like so:
1.272 ^ 3 (3x 27.2% gems) = 2.058075648
1.248 ^ 2 * 1.272 (2x 24.8%, 1x 27.2% gems) = 1.981145088
2.058075648 - 1.981145088 = 0.07693056
You get 30 flat damage from two 24.8/15s, and 0 flat bonus from full 27.2s. So the difference is 30.
30 / 0.07693056 = 389.96206... (it has a lot of decimal places).
At 11 Strength and 50 Skill, your Saif has 180 + 180 * 0.3 * 0.08 + 180 * 0.7 * 0.85 = 291.42 ungemmed AR.
389.96206 / 291.42 = 1.338... (lots of decimal places once again).
So any attack with your saif that has a multiplier below 1.338 will be optimal with the 24.8/15 set-up. Anything above will be optimal with the % gem set-up. For attack multipliers, reference this: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1doP2HShMmJcHZFTNSZ3yVFxbUu4U1aO6yHIk9-wQ1Wo/edit#gid=222193878
This isn't a color-neutral light, it's clearly blue-tinged since it makes the Doll's face appear blue.
And the harsh white reflections are the moistness. The blurry mottled highlights, however, look more like internal organs seen through its skin;
thanks so much anon, you didnt have to go that far. Still really appreciate though, will save for future reference as you mentioned
man I love this general
Maybe. I'm not too convinced.
Been awhile since I was really doing any art and I'm not too well versed in how lighting works but I don't think that even such a warm light source that you've got going on would change the color of such a dark critter that dramatically.
>tfw can't propose to the doll
>Maria chops Gehrman's leg off after he tries to fug her.
>builds a doll that coincidentally looks like her
>forced to sit in a dream for eternity
>not finely crafting a vagina on her
There's a specific reason to that in-universe: the ring of betrothal is a religious artifact that only blessed couples (those supposed to give birth to a Great One) are allowed to wear.
Doll has no womb, so she can't have it.
that's a little convoluted desu
setup 1: with flats
setup 2: no flats
(setup 1 AR without flats)X + flat = (setup 2 AR)X
multiplier > X: muliplier that benefits setup 2 more
multiplier < X: multiplier that benefits setup 1 more
>kill Paarl multiple times, no problem
>can't fucking deal with Loran Darkbeast
I don't understand. Also, why does Paarl have a name? Is there any hint as to who it was before becoming a darkbeast?
Fair enough. The reason I use my method is that it allows you to compare gem set-ups across several different weapons very easily. I came up with it back when I was making an optimal arcane gem guide
that was rendered obsolete two days later by the Cold abyssal buff, but if you only care about one weapon, then your method is a lot easier.
Oh, okay. That makes sense. I did like the music that was playing.
Just to be clear, now that I've beaten all the chalice dungeons in the guide (and Hintertombs for that sweet Madman set), I should create a Cursed Rotted Fetid version of the Isz root dungeon? That'll cover my bases?
Paarl is easy because you can stun him via limb damage. Limb damage occurs when you deal a certain % of a boss's health to its limbs. Loran Darkbeast has a lot more health, and consequently is much harder to control with limb damage.
>some asshole kills you in a bullshit way
>you never fight him again
Is there a worse feeling?
new Micolash theme song brehs:
Paarl's placement is interesting. He's at the bottom of Yahar'gul, but also at the door to old Yharnam. Perhaps the village was less unseen before old Yharnam was burnt to the ground.
But anyway, Paarl's in almost a playpen. There's one entrance that he can't fit through and another that's locked tight, so apparently he just sits there on that patch of mud just being a giant pile of bones all day. His lamp is even called "Graveyard of the Darkbeast."
My guess would be, given the interest in imitating darkbeasts suggested by the Tonitri and Beast Claws, is that Paarl wasn't a person turned darkbeast, but the darkbeast that inspired research. Given that darkbeasts are skeletal but the bones are still alive, and Abhorrent seems to have similar powers, my thought is that darkbeasts are very old beasts whose flesh has sloughed off just from sheer age, which is why it's content to just sit in a pile somewhere until bothered; there's life, but not much of it. And if it's content to sit somewhere, that theoretically means you can lock it up in a playpen and research further. Like maybe after a place burns to the ground and you can hide it there unnoticed.
Most of that's conjecture so you can have it on the house.
>infinitely stunlocked by a rakuyo/saif/saw/reiter/any fast weapon because latency won't let you escape the stunlock
Is there a worse feeling?
I swear this ends up being half my losses in pvp. Some fuck gets desperate and I get unlucky with that "mash O to maybe escape" crapshoot that is BB netcode.
Anyone want to help with Loran Darkbeast?
Lower Loran, bl98, ringing by the layer three lantern.
pass is: PAIN
>start a new character
>kill bsb and rush chalice stuff for D3 18% watcher gems
>progress through game a little more
>rush through more chalice stuff
>at D4 CDs drop so many echoes that I'm fucking BL105 before I'm even half way through the base game
what were they thinking?
How do I help Valtr dunk Ludwig in a lowlevel battle? He does well, but no solo well.
>telling someone on 4chan to grow up.
Draw Ludwig off him so he can heal. Valtr won't heal in phase 2 for some stupid fucking reason so try to make sure he tops himself off before going to that phase. He WILL die in phase 2 if you let him solo it
set connection to worldwide, ring bell no password, at this time of day there are tons of asians playing, no one on bbg can match their level of skill, and most of them hang out in the defiled dungeon, you'll get help soon enough
>finally encountered the scourge known as laggy saif/spear saw users.
I wasn't prepared for this, not physically or mentally.
>at this time of day there are tons of asians playing
I hadn't been keeping track of the time and I was wondering why suddenly all of the invaders in mensis were running to hide behind mobs instead of fighting
>spend several hours mastering the art of whack-a-mole to beat FRC Hotdog
>HP depletion curse
So what's the deal with Yurie? Did she just go mad or did she just not want some filthy beast-blood stained pleb rolling through her glass jars of eyes. Killing half the people in this game seems like the wrong thing to do.
Also, I fully believe that somewhere in the From Software development team, is a sadistic piece of shit who is given the task of creating all the asshole enemies, like those fucking spike dogs at hemwick.
11's set their pvp meta higher than the rest of the world, on average and they don't recognize that there's a world outside their island, so when they invade a player on their bl100 'twink', they automatically assume it's a pve player and run to the mobs to 'become part of the level'
It's a nuisance because it just means at their primetime all of the pvp hotspots are flooded with these dorks that'll waste 15 minutes playing hide&seek through mensis instead of just coming down and fighting you head on
I don't really care who designed what bullshit enemy in this game. But whoever came up with the idea to have bell-ringing women spawn dozens of spiders who can aggro from kilometers away, now they're a devious bastard.
Church Pick for me
Transform mode then stay in front of it attacking it's head once then step back after it makes a move. Eventually it the head becomes wounded so that future attacks deals 3 times the damage until it recovers
I only attack the legs when it vomit lava since most of the time I am able to burst it before it completes the vomit so that it stumbles and is totally open
If you mean for PvP, probably the Amygdalan Arm since its entire playstyle involves tricking your opponent and out-thinking them
Because the weapon is awkward and horrible.
Alternatively: Boom Hammer
For my experience, which was a couple of hours earlier, once the second phase starts:
He swipes his head thrice, with the safe one is when he swings his head up and down
But since I used a long weapon, the Pick, I was able to safely hit the head once each head swing.
Of course, my strategy was to only combo if it's staggered so it was tedious, but since I was always in front of him, he barely used his AOE attacks and it was really easy to read and dodge his instant kill charges.
Well shit, I was hoping embrace and claw would be easier to get since I was going to try a new STR build since the DLC weapons look fun. Not really looking forward to starting an arcane character since all the good stuff is late-game.
>finish the game with two characters twice over, get everything and grind for good gems
>pvp for ages
>decide to start a whole new character and try out arcane build
>holy shit doing all this small dmg to bosses, endurance fight
>godam wtf is this frenzy
Feels good to almost be playing it for the first time.
>mfw I never ever have to beat the fucking defiled chalice dungeon or the headless beast
glad that shit's over
Five seconds of thought tier list GO
High tier: Beasthunter Saif, Bloodletter, Burial Blade, Hunter's Axe, Kos Parasite, Logarius's Wheel, Ludwig's Holy Blade, Rakuyo, Saw Spear, Whirligig Saw.
Middle Tier: Amygdalan Arm, Beast Cutter, Blades of Mercy, Chikage, Holy Moonlight Sword, Reiterpallasch, Saw Cleaver, Threaded Cane
Low Tier: Beast Claw, Boom Hammer, Kirkhammer, Rifle Spear, Stake Driver, Tonitrus.
Looks like I still put in more thought than the other replies.
At around the /bbg/ meta level:
Bloodletter > saif = saws > rakuyo> everything else
That group is so far above the rest of the pack that it's not really worth making a list beyond that.
The thing I finally found to work is to strafe left when you see it and dodge at the last moment. There's something that catches you every time if you try to dodge past on the right.
A: Estoc, Northern Regalia, Claymore, Dual Katanas, Mirdan Hammer
B: Dragon Bone Smasher, Greataxe, Winged Spear
C: Kilij, Knight Sword/Blueblood Sword, Meatcleaver
D: Guillotine Axe, Claw, Secret Dagger
Why do people always put the beast claw so low? It's fast as fuck and does good damage, and is really varied with luarence's rune. I'm going to make a build around it, prove all you fuckers wrong.
If you don't like them then no, there isn't. I personally love them, Loran and Isz look really cool, it's just such a comfy atmosphere spelunking on your own. I guess getting Lost and Uncanny weapons is one reason to do them.
My strength build is at bl 98
1 more point in skl and I can use the cannon
2 more and I could use the church pick with a heavy abyssal
If I brought this build up to 110, I could actually be a 50/25 strength quality build and use a few more weapons.
Is that worthwhile? This was my first playthrough so I ended up wasting points into arc for those buff tools I never use, but the idea of having to deal with 150 and above is not appealing.
Weapons like the beast claws or uncanny/lost variants for weapons, the trophy at the end of the story dungeons, a blood rock, chalice dungeon specific bosses.
But nothing mandatory, so if you're not having fun, don't do them.
>gank squads of 3 blt characters, all with bowblades and evelyns
I don't think there's anything more cancerous. This is like DaS2 ganksquads with quadruple mages. So much ranged spam you can't even chain dodges fast enough
See I'm at the first pthumeru (or however you spell it) and it fucking blows. I want to try the LORAN one just to see what's up but I don't know where to find the damn materials.
That's an unreasonable request, since those items would look shit pared with any gauntlet or head attire, and any armor or rags.
You already have a Loran chalice? I think you can buy the materials after either going a certain distance in NG+ or by progressing through chalices. Pthumeru is fun, why don't you like the traps or pthumerian enemies?
Also nobody will blame you if you look up where to find chalices and materials.
Because the upwards limit for invading is 50% of your level, meaning a level 100 gets to compete with reddit's 150 meta full of 40end rakuyos, 50/50 qualitysaws, vitgauge wheels and the like.
THere's an extreme powercreep at the point where builds start falling apart and becoming homogenized stat balls. It's not fun to be a statball, and it's not fun to fight statballs, but if you're over 100 then all you'll see in any hotspot is statballs.
Cannon's worthless for a build that's going to be two-handing often. If you're going to level anything for minimum reqs, level arc to 15 or 18 so you can use your bullets on tools; augur is particularly handy for parries while two-handing. If not, do just go for str/quality, it's good times.
Yeah I got it after killing big Amy. The dungeon just feels boring? I tried a root chalice to see if that was any better but I didn't care for it too much honestly.
The chalice dungeons also feel a little overwhelming since there's so much going on.
I guess I should look up the materials yeah..
Whirligig, Hunter Axe, LHB...all strength or str/quality weapons that will have you two-handing. And these are good weapons. If you wheel and deal with anything other than 1hand blunt you'll also be neglecting your gun.
Cannons are of questionable use anyway. You're blowing huge wads of bullets on a chunk of damage that probably won't kill and because of the recoil will be healed before you can do anything. Or if it's a duel it'll probably just miss. In any case, cannons lose any value when you need to untrick your weapon to use it, it has to be a surprise to work at all.
You can use it if you want, but a blunderbuss that you can use twenty times will always be more practical.
Depends on how strict the meta is. If everyone there is making sure to be exactly 150 or higher then it matters, and that's likely; PvP metas tend not have people underleveled, they'll have meta level and then messy builders/escalators slightly over.
I rate BB really high for transformation attacks, hyperarmor and a fantastic tricked charge attack. BoM and Chikage both feel too limited in comparison; I think BoM mainly for wanting to be 2handed, Chikage for being slow in use. I like both those weapons but what I feel in my heart is that they're not so great.
And it figures I'd forget something. Just as well, I haven't used or fought picks enough to really rank them.
>tfw you invade a host next to a lamp
>you think he's just afk
>he's actually fucking disconnecting.
Are people that fucking scared of getting invaded? It's not like they have anything to loose, they can just pick up their echoes again. Also, what's up with getting hate mail from solo shitters in NF? Do they not know they can just kill the bell maiden?
Yes, you can summon for him, just like any other boss.
But be aware, he gets a buff or something at the start of the match with cooperators, not sure what exactly triggers it but yeah.
A ton actually
Cleric Beast-first go

Wet nurse- 3 times
Gehrman- 8+ times

forgot the other bosses
NG+ Maria, actually, on my very first run of the DLC.
Just barely, used every healing item I had and survived with a sliver of health left while wildly swinging my whirligig to get those last few hits. Felt good though.
I also one-shot Yharnam, but that's not particularly impressive.
and plus you don't even need to be 150, 145 is one of the cap for defense(145 has the same defense as 150). Pic related is the shit 98s have to deal with.
>Depends on how strict the meta is
shame that never took off, metas all over the shop
No, I don't mean as in the standard health buff, it seems he starts off with the scimitar version of his scythe at the start of the fight. He also gets that blue aura and can maybe teleport.
Cainhurst has a good amount of chunks, Yahar'gul is the best place for chunks after you kill Rom.
To get to the Lecture second floor you need to kill one reborn in Yahar'gul post rom and activate the skeleton thing in the chair.
Where are Logarius, Celestial Emissary, and Ebrietas?
Does worldwide setting still summon people who are local to you, or does it only summon people set to worldwide also?
Man you guys weren't kidding about Kos
Fought him 4 times and can't get him to half
