I'd imagine all the Eggman's having ulterior motives behind each other's backs. Like as a final boss battle where they are all controlling this massive mech/machine to dominate the multiverse and they all have wired it to put it under their control with a push of a button. And it all has the robot going crazy shooting, blasting and malfunctioning all over the place as the Eggmen fight/argue for control. It would be ironic since they would have won if they kept it together and not let their egos get in the way.

0%, given her first appearance was drawn by Jim Valentino, there was no art of her for her namedrop in Julie's backstory, her appearance in Super Special 14 (drawn by Butler) was entirely off model and she was wearing a baggy getup that made her less shapely than every other girl, and she was drawn by Ken and looked fugly as all hell in #99 and #100. By 99 she had already been promoted to "sex appeal lackey" from previous appearances. You could argue the decent art from Dawn Best in the next few stories gave her the extra prominence she had in the 110s, and this led to MXYL and RtAI (where she was finally drawn halfway decently), but the fan demand had swollen well before that.
