Happened to me one time as QM when xenos took over the station and I ran down to the roid to grab hardsuits for my cargotechs. When I got back the techs were lying on the floor with facehuggers. And purple weeds all around them. Went to drag one to surgery when I met the queen alien and hunters in medbay. I was chased out the airlock and spaced myself. I could hear all the scream over comms but couldn't do anything but float. Had a full tank of air, a margarita pizza, my QM stamp, and all the day's paperwork in my clipboard completely unsorted or stamped. Eventually I landed back on the station. Near the security target range. All the windows were broken, station power was flickering, and the whole place was depressurized. No one was answering over station bounced. Purple weeds and eggs were everywhere. Just as I was contemplating how to get passed them a xeno popped out of the vents. I ran back out to space and the xeno followed throwing face huggers at me but missed. Then thrashed and screamed when it realized it had now way back and drifted off the station. Started drifting again feeling pretty useless when I hit the pirate ship dead center on the window. In the cockpit was the HoS, CMO, and Captain. "We got him." They had been tracking my suit sensors and I was the last survivor. Just us four. At least 20 xenos on the station. We talked it over and the only thing left to do was nuke the station. (continued)

The Captain's baby xeno must have tipped them off. Tell the HoS and CMO to go on without me. Hear them say "We made it." right before I slip into crit with xenos slashing at me as the nuke goes off. I didn't contribute as much as everyone else but it was a hell of a ride.

Have a whole system in play where CentComm can actively see if the Crew is commiting crimes against humanity with trials. Sensors going off in Perma without a trial fax being sent in. Require such events to be prefaced by the journalist documenting it with photographic evidence. If not, the subject still remains that there must be evidence in many forms for permabrig or executions. Finally, a shuttle will arrive to take criminals away since they only pose a threat while housed on the station.

It'll have to be a big thing with a lot of thought into it. Otherwise it'd just be shitty.

They could use the replica claymores/katanas that only deal 10 brute dug up from Xenoarch with a Legionary shield.
Fighting to first blood to determine the guilty, so it's all up to RNG.
