A man is lost in a swamp in the middle of god knows where, unable to think properly, he cannot die. He is in constant pain from his rotting skin and crawling with parasites and diseases. He eventually loses the will to even move anymore, just becoming a near lifeless husk on the ground, still sentient.
Another man is trying to find a meaning in life, traveling all over desperately trying to find whatever it is. He eventually loses hope and and allows a parasite to infect him and control him, he becomes a puppet to the insect, while also never being able to die.
The third man was very cheery, always in a good mood despite everything. He went all over looking for adventure, to prove to himself that he isn't worthless. He fails, he fails, and he fails again. He goes on one last journey and finds his daughter who is looking for him bearing news. When he hears this news he snaps and trys to kill her, forcing her to put him down. She leaves, same situation as before. Not being able to die and slowly rotting away hundreds of miles away from any sentient life

Well, some thing that caught my eye was your sentence structure at places and syntax was a little off.
For example: "You look down at your watch for the fifth time in as many minutes" is kind of awkward to read. Maybe: "You look down at your watch, the fifth time in last five minutes."

Sometimes you accidentally used Has instead of Was, but that's probably just a small goof.

In line 15, the second to last sentence, you used ellipses way too much. Try to throw in hyphens to make stutters and use ellipses when you want to make "um" or "uh" or that they trail off.

There were a few run ons, but that's a whatever. I liked it though! Good luck in future endeavors

Things healing and kind of fixing themselves over time isn't impossible, but it's at the expense of the chosen undead, who will suffer the same fate as Gwyn.

It's extremely difficult for me to justify lighting the flame when all it does is buy time for beings which have very little interest in actually creating a world where humanity can thrive, the dark will still come eventually.

So, I'd rather just push everything into the abyss a bit quicker as to not delay the current suffering, the places we saw where humanity had been overcome by the darkness weren't very good, sure, but they sure as fuck weren't any worse than how the rest of the kingdom seems to be right about the time Dark Souls takes place.

I liked the setting in 2. It doesn't serve the gameplay as well as the maze-like structure of 1, but it's convincing in a different way to see fields, paths, and to find pieces of old ruins in the middle of forest. They had some really good ideas and the soundtrack is still great but the execution was way off.
Generally, all the outside areas are fine with looks and atmosphere and all the indoor areas look and feel terrible.
