Pedos blown the fuck out edition
2nd & 3rd place choice not even combined are more than 1st place
I can't wait to play the definitive edition and show this game PC greatness as consolebabbies sit in the corner and cry.
But seriously the game was unplayable on my friends PS3.
cyclops are cute, they did nothing wrong
Can someone with the game installed, try my updated version of FLYING INTO FREE and see if it works. This one has proper channel balance/mapping and loop points now available if it works.
I dont understand why you pirate it if you're someone who bought the game
Just wait five fucking days. The whole allure of dragon's dogma is playing with other people's pawns, you're just ruining the experience with shitty offline pawns.
Are you that autistic that you can't wait 5 days?
>5 days to release
>still haven't decided on a pawn vocation yet
who /starting to get worried/ here?
Let's go over the possibilities:
Pros: your own buff- and healerbot, well equipped and skilled so you know you can rely on them
Cons: mages are boring as fuck, also robes look shit almost 99% of the time
>Warrior/Strider Pawn (not your own vocation)
Pros: Diversify gameplay. You have a use for those weapons you cannot use yourself
Cons: Can't train them vocation specific strats
>Warrior/Strider pawn (same as your vocation)
Pros: you're best buddies and double tag any enemy that crosses your path. He copies your strats and learns how to use his class to the fullest.
Cons: Somewhat samey playstyle in the group overall. Have to find good loot twice. Can't use any of the good equipment you find that's not for you and your pawns class.
What do, arisens?
>stealing games instead of just waiting four days
Have you guys no shame? No wonder It took this long for the game to come to PC. They had to make sure they get something out of the game before everyone steals it.
>B-but I just try it and buy if i like it!
Yeah right, how many times have you done that exactly?
i got you senpai
the game runs great on low systems at max settings so far. and mouse and keyboard actually feels pretty good, you might not even need to use a controller.
Anyone found an SLI compatibility bits for this game yet?
>If you wants to fuck with your own textures: http://residentevilmodding.boards.net/thread/481/arc-unpacker-repacker-v0-26 - this guy's unpacker works, use the PC-RE6 batch file, just edit in -tex flag on the batch file, drag and drop the relevant .arc file on the batch file, find your texture you want to fuck with (adding -tex makes the unpacker create a .dds file as well as the game's format: .tex), edit the .dds, and here's the important part: read the .txt file the unpacker generated for the texture file, make sure you're saving your .dds as the correct format : either DXT1 or DXT5, with alpha channel. Then when you've mucked around with all the textures, drag the folder onto that same batch file - this will create a new .arc that you can drop in your game files (back up your original).

REPOSTING FOR THOSE CURIOUS ABOUT INCLINATIONS:
Whether or not the pawn's AI is good depends on several factors:
>The two types of inclinations you give them.
>How you yourself play.
Pawns tend to copy what you do, so if you play as an aggressive melee character, consider making your pawn one, too. If you're playing as a caster, make sure your pawn is one as well. IIRC, they learn much faster if they share the same class as you, so consider changing your class to theirs temporarily.
If you want to change inclinations, then purchase some inclination elixirs from the man in yellow garb in that little wooden fortress area right outside of the fishing town. (I forgot its name.) They cost Rift Crystals, not gold, so be sure to remember that. There's one elixir that completely erases your pawns inclinations, basically making them neutral once again. The other elixirs give them a huge boost towards a certain inclination, adjusting their behavior.
Some inclinations are better for certain classes, and some inclinations are better off ignored altogether for many reasons. (I can go in-depth if you want.) Generally, these inclinations are good for pawns:
>Scather - Makes the pawn target the strongest enemies first.
>Mitigator - Makes the pawn target the weakest enemies first.
>Challenger - Makes the pawn target enemies using ranged weapons/magic.
>Utilitarian - Makes the pawn more inclined to use special strategies such as throwing items at enemies, utilizing skills that require more than one teammate (Such as the warrior skill that hoists an ally up into the air.), and also make them want to use curatives that restore HP for the entire group.
>Pioneer - Makes your pawn "fond of exploring", meaning that they will walk ahead of you rather than behind you.
All those inclinations I listed are good, but some classes prefer a certain combination. (At least, depending on how you want your pawn to act.) Inclinations you should avoid will be in the nest post. (1/2)
>Not disconnecting from the Internet when installing pirates.
I really hope you're behind 7 proxies anon, for your sake.
>Guardian - This is the worst possible inclination a pawn can have. It makes them act like a "guardian" to you-- they will stay at your side no matter what. While this might seem good, pawns with this inclination tend to do absolutely nothing EXCEPT for staying by your side. It's horrible, and I, personally, refuse to hire pawns with this inclination because 99% of the time they are useless in a fight.
>Nexus - This is basically the same as guardian, except your pawns will focus more on your other pawns instead of you. Avoid this at all costs.
>Acquisitor - This one isn't as bad as Guardian/Nexus, but it's still very annoying. It makes your pawn pick up every item nearby, even in the midst of a fight. It's not a useful inclination at all.
Then there's the last inclination, Medicant. That one, if anything, is gimmicky. If a pawn has it as their inclination, they will prioritize healing. A mage pawn with this inclination will keep your party in top shape, and a pawn that lacks healing spells will use any curatives in their inventory. You can give one of your pawns a special shawl from the bald, rich man in Gransys and then give them this inclination. The effects of their curatives will be increased, and they will often use them as long as they have a healthy stash in their inventory. I'd only really give this inclination to a dedicated healer pawn, but as a secondary, not a primary, inclination.
Oh, and another thing I forgot to mention: Your pawn has a primary and secondary inclinations. The primary one is the way they will usually approach situations with, but the secondary inclination affects behavior, too.
Bestiary knowledge also determines how effective your pawn will be against certain enemies. Try doing everything you can to kill an enemy. That's how pawns learn to effectively deal with them in many situations.

Do you mean this? It's the only thing I have saved in terms of sliders
Everyone gets a player-made party member. They can change its class/skills around. The other 2 party slots are filled with the pawns of other players
The idea is to make your pawn useful and attractive so people hire it, and get sent back with rewards
I recommend a phys-based MK. Just rotate between Fighter (For STR and DEF.), Ranger (For Stamina.), and Warrior (For HP.). MK gets access to maces, which are pretty much slightly slower, but stronger than swords, and access to a wide variety of buffs for many different situations. They also like a lot of the passive augments that come from the classes I mentioned, so that's another good reason to try them out.
Yes, they can. Only hybrid classes like Magick Archer are for arisens only.
does anyone know how can I use a logitech controller with x360ce? cause it won't let me, every time I try to change to xbox controller in the options menu it changes me back to generick usb joystick.
You must be feeling really stupid right now.
Is there anything cooler than improved magic canon? Holy fuck.

So I want to play Strider, with a Fighter pawn. Or the reverse of that.

>Small brown pixie Strider
>Tall brown Amazon Fighter
>Small blonde pixie Strider
Give advice, please.
>People actually bought and "played" it on powerpoint machines

where did you find the torrent?
kickass torrent has failed me
Stay in the previous thread with your shitposting, loser
Will any ogg work for the title theme if I change it to Tittle_DDN.sngw? There's this version of into free which is much higher quality
>mfw I'm one of these power pointers
>mfw finally playing in full HD and 60fps
I swapped out the main menu background music using the link from the last thread, and moved the old Tittle_DDN.sngw file completely out of the game's folder. I hear FLYING INTO FREE but it's all high pitched and shit.
So any advice from console vets for PC newcomers?
I have no fucking idea what to do first or even what my options are. Is it character progression similar to souls where you can build your character to become anything?
Is there shit I should know near the start of the game to not fuck my character progression over?
But then I can't have this team.
>mfw 500 hours on PS3
>mfw I'll have another 500 on PC.
I don't know sorry.
If you see someone saying that your mod worked, post about it okay? Just so I can remove that other link.
I would try it myself
but I like the other song more.
Just play it, don't worry about anything.
>Dragons dogma is now #1 top seller on Steam and #2 on greenmangaming
i'm ready for the hype to be revived
They can, but if you're pirating the game, you may as well pretend the entire sorcerer class just doesn't exist. It's not a class that can be viably played with randomly generated offline pawns, especially once you hit BBI.
Here you go. All of this shit and more in /ddg/.
I played this on PS3 as an Assasin
I wanted to do something else but assasin/strider is just so fucking fun m8
was thinking of sorceror but I'll miss the actual fighting so that's a no
was playing around with mystic knight on the triple for a bit but really didn't like the magic cannon mechanic, so that's a no
>tfw I will end up with assasin again, I just know it
feels bad being a faggot
That OGG is garbage quality. pic related.
Use this instead
You know what
You know fucking what
I'm a retarded buyfag
But piratefags won't make me mad
I had it on console and now I have it on PC
But console faggots won't make me mad
I fucking love the game
Funposters won't make me mad
I am so excited
I can't wait
All the threads, all the content, all the love resurging for a game I already fucking adore.
I'm happy, /v/. Have a good week if you're waiting, and if you pirated I hope you're having a fucking ball.
>pc master race leaks and steals game a week prior to release
Welp, goodbye any chance for sequel. I won't be surprised if they actually gonna cancel release of the port now to be honest.
What classes are Pawns best at? Am I better off giving my Pawn a sword or a bow?
WHAT THE FUCK
I find it funny how piratefags spend so much time on /v/ bragging about how they get to play the game early. They're going to spend the whole next week shitposting about it, and only actually get to play it once we're all too busy playing to give them (You)s
yes. It's fun at the start then it gets too easy later on.
I plan to edit my stats to be a pleb for most of the game when someone makes a cheat table for that.
Same, my nig. Shame most of the threads have devolved to shitposting and all that.
>work has been quiet this past month so didn't bother to take any days off
>the "word" all the way from november and december last year was that january was going to be quiet
>this weeks roster comes out
>working 6 days
I really like this game but I never could get too into it
never made it far in the story mostly because of the framerate issues, how much nicer will this game play then its original release? I haven't researched a lot about it just pre ordered
If such tech exists to compress games from 20GB and more to a few measely GB, why isn't this used by winrar or 7zip? I've only ever seen this high grade compression algorithms used for piracy releases
That's a ranger, but any bow and dagger class is great.
The shitposting will go away after the game has been out for a bit. It's the new hotness right now, so platform war redditors and shitposters are targeting it. They do this with every new release.
how do i cure this status ailment.
i'm gonna be broke and with left with nothing but a hard on.
I think it's funny too, but I didn't make the thing either. I think it does really get good during the Grigori parts though.
Are there any vocations that pawns are not smart at?
>It has no impact on the game
lol, yeah. It's not like Capcom's shitty randomized pawns are bad, or look awful.
And getting rift crystals, that's for chumps, never mind whoring out your own pawn to get gifts from others.
Affects hitbox, how much you can carry, whether you can fit into some holes, whether your lantern will go out while wading through water, whether a harpy can pick you up and carry you away, whether you'll weigh an enemy down while climbing on them, possibly preventing them from flying...
I wish I could throttle my upload without my download taking a fat shit.
If you pirated it doesn't matter because you cannot fight online Ur-Dragon.
Otherwise just take Hunter Bolt and spam it, a lot. Scension works great if you have a magic damage dagger too. Build honestly doesn't matter but if you have to autism, Mage from level 1-10, then Sorcerer from 11-100 then Magick Archer.
your pawn learns from you so i imagine making a mage pawn while not being a mage they won't be as effective at curing status effects and crap. you probably wanna hire someone else's mage if you're rolling another class
weight is too big for a jpg
it doesn't matter much but it's a neat detail.
because that's the fucking game faggot, if you're not playing for pawns go find another game. That's like playing tf2 and going "but there's just a bunch of stupid fucking cosmetics!"
Getting my mage pawn to buff me properly was a pain in the ass
Even with the proper inclinations he would only buff me after fights started, and if anybody was hurt he would always prioritize healing above buffing
Is this all true? This seems too in-depth and well designed to be real.
>not self inserting as the Arisen and imagining you shove your Thousandlimbs into you're pawn's Everfall when you rest at the inn
One thing most people don't know is Magick Archer actually has some scaling with MDef. Going Ranger is useful for stamina, but going pure sorcerer can turn you into an unkillable machine and drastically increase your utility.
Like that other anon said, it actually does a LOT compared to other games.
He also forgot about jogging speed. Lankets jog faster than manlets, though sprint speed is the same. Shorter characters are better climbers, but tall ones can jump and reach higher ledges. Tall = longer weapon reach, etc.
Anyway, height influences weight, but they are two separate stats that affects your character differently. Some people like to make a fatass pawn to function as a pack mule. Shorter/lighter characters may seem worse, but keep in mind that they don't deal any less damage, and regen stamina faster whilst are able to dodge enemy attacks more easily.
Of course it's not needed. Neither is a stable frame-rate, yet people still care about this being released on PC. The point is that it's fun, far more fun than the premades.
But suit yourself, you don't know what you're missing out on anyway so there's no perceived loss on your part.
Is DD DMC4-tier in terms of performance on toasters?
The real cancer here are the plebs who can only self-insert as characters exactly like them. How does it feel to be so pleb that you lack the ability to self-insert as any type of character?
I always self-insert my RPG characters and hardly ever play men. Self-inserting as a woman, thinking like one, and getting so into it that you feel like one is the most satisfying way to play RPGs.
I never played the original, just heard it was incredible but marred with massive FPS problems. So I'm really excited for this game.
But what's the deal with vocations? Like is it something I have to really min max to get the most out of the game or can I settle on 2 or 3 advanced/hybrid vocations and have fun/complete the game?
Then you're gonna miss out on a big part of the game, and you'll probably ragequit once you get to the enemies that stunlock you, since you won't have pawns to bail you out.
But go ahead, it IS possible, just not recommended for a first playthrough, since you'll miss out on so much.
I haven't played DMC4 on a toaster but I ran DD on my 4 year old laptop with a mediocre Radeon 7690M and it played at around 45-50fps at 1080p with settings mixed between low and medium.
Still looks and runs better than it did on PS3.
You don't have to give a shit about minmaxing. You can play just fine by doing whatever the hell you want.
You can just hire another mage pawn or carry around a bunch of curatives. Mages aren't totally necessary. I've done countless BBI runs on hard mode without the help of mages. You just need a healthy stock of curatives just in case shit happens. (And it will, trust me.)
Stuff like that is why people like DD. It just does so many small things right, and actually tries to do something new for a change. GOTY 2012 for me.
>not being a fabulous fencer
Bow+sword master race
>there are people in this thread RIGHT NOW that think about minmaxing RIGHT NOW which means playing 200 levels of a class you don't want to play before you actually get to play the class you want
I cannot fathom the amount of autism you need to have in order to do this
>self-insert as any type of character
Then it's not self-inserting, you idiot. That's called ROLEPLAYING, which is sort of the point of the genre.
People who self-insert are the people who make themselves, and pretend like they (as they appear in real life) suddenly get teleported into the game and play the game like that.
Try this one instead. I stripped off the loop points. See if the game automatically plays it back from the start if it doesn't detect any.
You got to understand, pirates wont get good pawns, and will struggle to get BBI gear. For them min-maxing is essential.
For people who buy the game, they'll be rolling in BBI level 3 equipment in no time at all, and min-maxing is no longer an issue.
hi i'm new. what's reshade? a quick looking around the thread and i guess it either does something with ambient occlusion (does it enable it? turn it off? turn it on?) and/or color correction.
Minor minmaxing mode is probably the best if they're already set on being a vagina about it
>10-100 assassin or sorc
>100-200 what you want to play
Stat GAINZ are pretty much nil after level 100 anyway.
You think this is going to be like RE5 where you have to hexedit another file for proper music looping?
Honestly one of my favorite parts of Bitterbutt was exchanging level 3 equips with people. It's also cool when you get your pawn back from a rent and she brings back millions of RC.
Alternatively, I can very easily self insert as either people in https://a.pomf.cat/xbmaoi.mp4
This is one of my favourite doujins, I self-insert exclusively as the milf http://exhentai.org/g/569820/398c2cd648/
But all of my characters are me, they're an extension of my personality and desires. When I'm playing as a tomboy in Dragon's Dogma, mentally it's not a matter of pretending. I can slip as easily into a character as I can my physical self. In many cases I find it easier to be something else than my physical self.
No man, they'll just cheatengine their way to victory. We've had people in these very threads explaining how they'll "edit the stats so they'll have optimal stats without leveling the right vocations", because apparently it will be too much work to do it the regular way, and they can't handle the game without minmaxing.
Or they can just go all the way and godmode. I mean, if you're gonna cheat anyway, why not?
Always loved the cyclops fight on the edge of the cliff near Gran Soren
Is this actually legit?
I looked up a gameplay vid of ranger (as I like rangers) but it was literally like in your Skyrim comparison. He kept poking an enemy, dealing little to none damage, until the enemy suddenly dropped dead because a sorc threw high bolide.
That's might not be necessarily true, at least based on what I'm reading here:
RE5 also had the metadata present in both the music file and the modified data table.
If it doesn't need that, then it'll make adding in Imminent Triumph w/Guitars easier.
Pirates are usually underage and/or plebs. A lot of them are third worlders who always end up falling under the pleb category. A lot of kiddies think they're hackers because they downloading a ViTALiTY keygen, and by extension they think they're super hackers for modifying stats in Cheat Engine.
It's never been a surprise to me that people who actually want to play games properly are also the people who buy games.
>my characters are me
All characters ever created are in some ways extensions of their creators, that is true. But that doesn't mean they necessary ARE their creators. I can create an elf girl who is ditzy and very cute, but that doesn't mean I am any of those qualities, it just means that I can project those onto a canvas.
Of course, maybe you have a personal way to do things. If so, more power to you. But the point is that you shouldn't call it "self-inserting" because that means something very specific in this context.
>I never did that on the PS3 version and I still platinumed it.
Provided a bunch of trophies require you to hire other peoples pawns (among other things you can only do while trading pawns), you're going to have to explain that one to me.
DMC4(not SE)'s optimization is over four times better than Dragon's Dogma maxed out. It might make sense to compare it to DMC4 SE or have DD's benchmark at low graphical settings.
Valkyria Chronicles ran the same if not better.
It's not quite as optimized as DMC4, but its very much playable on toasters. A 5yo laptop can most likely hit the 30fps cap at 720p with no trouble, which is still fucking better than consoles.
Nigger, ranger does the most damage out of ANY vocation with blast arrows and periapts, spamming 11-fold arrow.
Only assassin stabbing while climbing on weak spot, MA in close quarters, or MK abusing abyssal anguish even come close. (Warrior's arc is good, but doesn't deal that much damage per second, just high burst.)
That could be the other half of the puzzle. Try this one without the loop points first just in case it does loop properly without any.
if it doesn't work. Then most likely there is a corrosponding data table with it as well as mentioned in that.
Well, I wouldn't know.
I haven't played it yet, just wanted too look up if ranger is viable when I get to play it.
Guess I'll look at some other vids as well to get a better impression.
>He doesn't know about Striders
Helm Splitter does insane damage for some reason. By the end of the game it'll kill anything.
Hailstorm Volley drops 24 blast arrows on an enemy.
>DMC4(not SE)'s optimization is over four times better than Dragon's Dogma maxed out
Are you retarded? You can't quantify "optimization" like that. There's a different amount of stuff going on on-screen, so obviously they won't perform exactly the same.
Hey just wanted to say thanks for fixing it. I didn't intend to leave it the way it was but it was 5am and I was extremely tired but I should have correctly implemented the channels. In regards of the looping I tried a few thing but it's a bit complicated to fix. I think we're going to have to figure out why the loop points are where they are before correcting this right away but I might have an idea that I can implement into it. Seriously though great work.
I can't on my end at the moment, but hopefully another anon can verify this for you.
>Hailstorm Volley drops 24 blast arrows on an enemy.
I loved it when my pawn would destroy everything like this.
It's true, I forgot Strider in the moment there. Truth is, most classes can do immense damage if you know what you're doing. Still, ranger takes top spot if you actually splurge on blast arrows and full periapts.
How do I screenshot? F12 isn't working and since Steam overlay isn't active in the cracked version I can't use that. I need to screenshot my autism sliders for when I get ready to play the legit version on friday
That was decent damage against that enemy, which is a high defense animal. He could have done other things like climb up it to remove the helmet however that is a narrow pass and you risk getting thrown off the giant and down about a hundred feet. Then you have to walk back up, assuming you lived.
Also that thing is weak to magic but strong against physical attacks everywhere except the eye. Magic takes awhile to cast though, he was so far back his pawns didn't register the battle ocurring.
You can complete it just fine, the biggest issue with the game (aside from FPS drops on console) was the scaling and how easy it became after a while. The premades are pretty boring, and generally very unoptimized, but you can finish the game without issue with them.
Nah. Brain Splitter has by far the highest damage output in the game. If you have fully upgraded Framae blades and use periapts, it'll shred Ur-Daimon in about 0.25 seconds. You will kill him with a single use no exceptions.
No, that's the opposite of what he said. REAL minmax would be for example to play fighter 1-10, then 10-200 as assassin, and only THEN grind the other classes for augments. (Since by them you'll have the stats you want.)
Can someone screenshot the options menu?
I really wanna know if the game runs in 21:9
Can anyone help me out, torrented schoolproject.7z from the first thread, but the exe and steam.api files require a password to unrar.
Haven't heard anyone else getting this, idk if i just missed something somewhere as to what the pass was.
Entirely possible to complete the game with just you + your main pawn (even with just you actually).
You might struggle in BBI at first because shit in there is initially really fucking tough (and you'll need to grind to obtain good gear due to no pawn hiring). You can expect a 30-60 minute fight against Daimon.
Also you might not be able to play Sorcerer (or use Sorcerer pawns). Long casting times against aggressive enemies while using retarded pawns does not work well together. You need decent pawns to distract enemies if you want to play Sorcerer.
god damn, i'm legitimately upset that this worked
Fully buffed with best weapons in the game Brain Splitter is fucking absurd. Shit hits like 30 times a second or something retarded like that and because of how it works it gains massive bonuses to damage output that a lot of other classes simply cannot get.
dunno if this helpful but a tip i want to give to minmaxing people that want to play ranged (especially MA), think twice if you want to create personal pawn with healing in mind because while mage is the healing class of this game but sorceress got the best int growth thus unless you don't mind subpar pawn you gonna end up borrowing other mage for most of the game and wasting a party slot which can be used for other melee pawn.
>mfw 4 years later are S T I L L shilling this boring assgame
As it seems you can use the hexidecimal tool and edit D:\Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen\nativePC\rom\title.arc in the same way that they're talking about but I'm not exactly sure what values change what in this. Just thought I would inform you of that possibility. on the other hand if the song was looping when that anon made the edit then it could be possible it is all based on the loop points in the data for the bgm
That's a lie though. Sure, you get more XP and gold, but it's not like you're lacking gold in normal mode either. And the stam penalties on hard alone makes it a LOT more tedious.
Post your dogma.
Should i pick warrior after fighter?
I'm loving the combat.
Feels like a more fluid monster hunter and a little sotc.
Black bars on 16:10, unplayable until someone makes a fix for it for me.
Enjoy your no answers then faggot.
He's just mildly autistic. Hard mode nets you more XP and gold, so according him, leveling up faster and having so much gold will make up for the fact that enemies two-shot you and are health sponges. (It doesn't really, but at least he can pretend to be clever.)
Hard mode doubles enemy damage, and makes them more resistant to stagger/knockdowns, you also use more stamina. That is all it does to make the game harder.
In exchange, you gain 2x exp, all enemies can drop huge amounts of gold (can farm millions an hour) and you gain 2x rift crystals from all sources.
Basically it starts out hard, but soon you're so over levelled and your gear is so good the 2x damage enemies deal doesn't mean shit.
You mean until you have an infinite supply of liquid vims due to having infinite gold right?
Gold is only easy to earn in BBI (where it becomes useless anyone). During the base game, you're always going to be struggling for more gold, even if you obtain and sell the golden weapons.
No, everyone can rent at any time, multiple at a time. ur pwn a slut
You should probably try most classes for a few levels. You'll get augments you can use on whichever class, some of which are extremely good. I'd go warrior next yeah.
who /manlymotherfucker/ PC and /qt3.14waifu/ pawn here?
I played a strider on PS3, so I decided to go more of a mage on PC.
Pick Fighter. Warrior is mediocre.
Probably gonna turn my old arisen into my pawn.
Is there a CoreResource.arc? That's probably where they should be located.
Also, here's another test, see if this one loops.
Exactly, you're just abusing curatives. Obviously the game is easy when you exploit it like that.
>HURR, YOU CAN'T EVEN EVER DIE, JUST SPAM HARSPUD AT LOW HP
>SPAM PERIAPTS TO DEAL DAMAGE
>SPAM VIM IF YOU HAVE STAM ISSUES
>SPAM PANACEA IF YOU GET AFFLICTED
>WHO EVEN CARES ABOUT FUN? JUST SPAM CURATIVES LOL
Yeah... I just don't enjoy playing the game like that. If you play normally, i.e. don't spam curatives, then hard mode IS actually harder than usual. If you abuse the pause menu, then yes, the whole game will be so easy that you'll hardly notice the difference between normal and hard.
>half a second delay on all my actions
>framerate drops all over the place
>it's a 4yo game
Shit game, shit pirated copy or shit computer?
Don't think it's the latter since my rig is capable of running more recent games with much better results.
Was I memed on?
>Abusing something that's literally a feature in the game
Not abusing shit. In hard mode gold is so easy to make you can use the black cat to duplicate a massive number of items, you wouldn't be able to do this in normal mode due to significantly less gold.
Hard mode is only harder if you ignore all the advantages you're given for playing it.
Being a loli is fun mode. Being a loli warrior is fucking awesome mode.
>not having Gaben as your pawn
guys please, I urge you to consider suicide
QUICK, I'M FINISHING UP INSTALLING RIGHT NOW, I WANT TO GO MYSTIC KNIGHT WITH A MELEE FOCUS USING MAGICK MOSTLY FOR BUFFS, I'M GOING WARRIOR INTO SORCERER INTO MK LATER. I DON'T KNOW WHEN TO SWITCH TO WHAT TO GET THE BEST MELEE DMG/TANKINESS INTO STRONG BUFFS. ALSO I WANT MY PAWN TO BE A QT RANGER, WOULD THAT WORK WITH MY SHIT OR NOT. I'VE NEVER PLAYED BEFORE AND ALTHOUGH I CAN PRETEND TO THINK I WON'T CARE ABOUT MINMAXING I WILL AND I'D RATHER HAVE A STRONG BUILD.
>mfw game just crashed during character creation screen
i lost my waifu
and I think i have to re-do the tutorial
fuck me m8
here you go my friend
my memory was deleted some how but here is my nice buttocks
It loops but no where near intended. If you'd like an idea it's right before the first "the wind is pushing me". Sorry anon I'd help you out but I'm all tuckered from trying to figure out a way to implement the japanese audio (It's near impossible without a linux machine)
IT REALLY DOESN'T FUCKING MATTER, THE WEAPONS COVER THE STAT DIFFERENTIALS.
Ranger is the only one I recommend going out of your way to level as for a while, because they get huge Stamina gains, and higher end skills burn through Stamina really hard no matter what class you use.
Whops. Made some progress since then. Been playing it for nearly 6 hours now and like it more than on consoles.
Higher frame rate, no bluriness, less haggle with frame rates and console controls.
I played through hard mode on consoles. The stamina drain is insignificant even without items. You just need to use your skills properly instead of spamming them is all. You wont notice the increased stamina usage after a few hours of playing anyway.
Probably emailed Capcom about the weather, so they gave him a key.
If you want a rule of thumb almost any time you download a release torrent like this it's going to have a bitcoin miner and the entire purpose of the miners is to abuse your gpu as much as possible. Usually I don't mind leaving them on for low requirement games as a favor but for games like this it's a no go
>neofags infecting /v/ with their stats don't matter meme
Die! All of you, die!
Making a wise guru type that don't need no eyes for seeing because he has sixth sense.
This will also be headcanon for when he can see behind him, because of the third person camera.
THANKS NERDS, AS I'M READING THE THREAD I'M STARTING TO REALISE THAT SWITCHING BETWEEN CLASSES IS ACTUALLY NOT ONLY PETTY EASY BUT ALSO BENEFICIAL, I REALLY HOPE I ENJOY THIS GAME SO I CAN PICK IT UP IN A FEW DAYS LEGIT. GL BROS.
>how do you choose other people's pawns?
Got to wait until the game is released and then buy it.
See those big glowing stones? If you bought the game you interact with them and get taken to a special location to search for others pawns.
